Dream apartment overlooking the turquoise lagoon of Sotavento

Thank you for your comments. The apartment is off the main road, however we do provide all of our guests with clear directions, from leaving the airport to the apartment front door itself. When guests arrive in the dark it is important to follow the directions thoroughly.We feel that PRINTING off all of the information that we provide is important and makes things much easier when travelling on un-known roads and when looking for land marks that we point out in the directions that we provide. Should any clients need to call our mobile for further help on arrival or during there stay, then this is no problem. All of our guests do agree that when arriving at the apartment and taking in the breath taking views on offer - makes all well worth while! We look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Yes, the worse side effect if to have to come back home while wanting to stay there more ! It has been such a pleasure for me to share with you my passion for this amazing island, and especially for this flat which is my kitesurfer and digital nomad paradise ! I also love your photos taken with your sensitibility and artist's eye !

Dave, are you sure you went in my apartment ? Because if you say it is overlooking the town, you were definitely in a wrong one ! haha ! It has an amazing 180° sea view that every customer is enjoying ! In your reservation price is included the work of a cleaning company, providing a complete set of towels and bed linen. You can ask at any moment extra sets, but this comes also with an extra price for the work of the company who brings them and will clean them. Seems logical so far, right ? Very few customers ask for an extra, and you didnt ask, but criticize. About the taxi story, you probably didnt read the documents i provided. I have 12 years of experience in making holidays and owning in Fuerteventura, and i give a lot of valuable information to my customers to avoid traps and make the best of their holidays... if only they are willing to pay attention. You say the apartment is suitable only for short stay and with a car. Here again this is wrong, as there are people happily living full time in similar apartments of this building, and without a car ! I'm very sorry for the family issues that forced you to fly home after a only 2 days. I guess if you would have stayed all the time of your reservation, you would have fallen under the magic spell of this incredible place, like many others. I feel you gave a very low score to the apartment due mainly to personal reasons. I'm giving a lot of value to my customers, and that feels a bit demotivating. I know you were in a low emotional state, but giving an unjustified low score to the apartment is deteriorating my business through the algorithm of the platform. You even described the weather as cold and very windy. Well i was there a few days before, and was surfing in january during 3 hours in a row, drying and tanning after in the hot sun ; my car was showing 25°C in the afternoon. Already the Greeks were calling Canarias the Fortunate Islands :-) When you came, it was approx 20°C in Fuerte and 0°C in London. Wasn't it enough in the middle of the winter in Europe ? On top of that, are you sure i'm responsible for the weather ? So, is it relevant to write your subjective impression about the weather, when you are asked to evaluate a short term rental apartment ? I wish you to find the place on earth that makes you feel happy, but please stop making inappropriate evaluations on exceptional places like this one. Farewell
