After the address issue was cleared up with a phone call (wrong address was given to us), we found the condo clean and just as described. We fully enjoyed our time there and would stay again at the same condo!!

Lovely Comfortable Place, but loud upstairs
This was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed but upstairs family ran around like heard of elephants and was loud from early am to 11pm nonstop. Went and talked to them but didn't do any good. Was so noisy and not relaxing at all. This is located in Giants Steps II 2nd floor and also has both regular coffee maker along with Keurig. No pics of kitchen which would show you. Master bed is very comfortable. Boys said bunk beds were comfy too. We were told we couldn't use code for firewood. 1st time we've been told that. Our nice neighbor gave us code. Was told we needed to buy our own firewood. Great location next to Giant Steps chair and also bar & grill.
Great Place, but poor communication with Family Time
Would have given it 5 starts as the condo worked for us. However, the communication with Family Time was challenging and ineffective. Never got into my ski locker the whole time. It was permanently locked and the key code wouldn't open it. Thus, we had to put our skis and snowboards in the dining room which made it a wet mess. They kept saying that "maintenance would come by", but it never happened. Secondly, our plans changed and we needed to stay another night. The place was open. I sent a text and they confirmed there was availability. They kept telling me to go to their guest guide and then VRBO to add the extra night, but neither would let me. They gave me no other option and I kept asking. Then a day went by of me still asking, and someone else booked so it was no longer available. Frustrating.... Got to our last night and we were stuck. I needed to do something and moved our whole family/gear to the Best Western for one night. Then at 9:00 p.m., they asked if I wanted them to look for another place… A little late to ask… When we asked other questions like where to get firewood, no answer. I was going to give 3 stars based on the communication alone, but I understand this was their busy time. So I added a sympathy start. However, we didn’t have one successful communication with Family Time. Will be back next year, but will try to get one without Family Time.
We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Within walking distance to Giant Steps lodge. The inside was clean and neat. Everything worked and the trip was fantastic!
**NO HOT TUB AVAILABLE***
Condo is very nice and efficient. Smart TVs in every room a lifesaver with no hot tub (not likely to be fixed soon, so ask before you book). Location is fantastic. Service was terrible. Sheets weren't changed between stays and management was at first dismissive and entirely unhelpful for the entire 3 night stay. Ski in/ski out was awesome. Hot water was amazing.
