As a Design-Build couple, they began daydreaming and drafting until they came up with a perfectly unique cabin plan. Their excitement was contagious and just like that a new chapter of their lives was written. They continued their dreams and eventually built 5 additional rental cabins, becoming the #1 Vacation Rental Company on the Caddo River. Together they strive to add unique designs and features to each cabin.
Lance and Lisa have 3 daughters and 2 Son-in-laws that all enjoy spending time together on the river. We have been blessed beyond measure that life has taken us on this course. We are so thrilled to be able to share our dream with you and your family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We are the only cabin with a tube slide for the kids! We have an arcade and a Volleyball net, Our Fire pit is surrounded by porch swings and hammocks! The bunk room has 2 Queen over Queen Bunkrooms! This cabin is COZY! The screen porch is perfect for keeping bugs at bay without hindering the views and sounds of the Caddo river rolling by. There is also a front deck with a couple of red rocking chairs and back deck that has a porch swing and a tube slide from the deck to the largest yard on the river! The living/kitchen area is set up for group fun and visiting!

Tye Waterfront cabin is just steps away from an easy entrance to the Caddo River. The slide is fun for the family, and who doesn't love a porch swing?? The screened porch makes for a comfortable option for view and listening to the river! Lots of yard with a fire pit and plenty of parking! The arcade and volleyball will keep everyone entertained.
