Village stone Villa Ana Boljun

Beautiful stone villa build in 1697. was refurbished by our family with lot of love. It is located in the heart of green Istria just down the mountain Učka and medieval village of Boljun. It has a pool that looks up the mountain and surrounding green. Peaceful.
4 rooms and 4 bathrooms(3 showers and one bath), very thick stone walls that act as a natural air condition and sometimes you need to cover yourself with blanket during the night. You sleep like a baby. Open space connecting kitchen, living room and dinning room. Old fireplace is not for use. The pool is 24 m2(8x3). The villa is situated in beautiful nature.The villa is situated in the green part of Istrian peninsula with mountain Ucka at your doorstep. Medieval village of Boljun is 2 km away and the beautiful beaches are 30 min drive in Rabac or Opatija. 200m from the villa runs the river and you can dip yourself in some places. Water is very clean and refreshing. The nearest little shop where you can buy groceries is in the next village and the supermarket is 25 minutes drive in the town Labin.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet: neben Pfannen, Töpfen, Schalen und ausreichend Geschirr und Gläsern, findet man noch jede Menge verschiedene Gewürze vor. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und bot eine perfekte Abkühlung. Im Garten seht eine Dartscheibe und eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen bereit. Die Villa ist etwas für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen. Der nächste Küstenort ist ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Der einzige, den wir regelmäßig gesehen haben, war der Nachbarshund, der aber so lieb und defensiv ist, dass unser Hund, der kein Fan von anderen Hunden ist, mit ihm leben konnte. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit spitzen Pool

Die Buchung und der Check-In liefen schnell und reibungslos. Die Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank waren sogar 2 Flaschen Wein für uns bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Maja war absolut problemlos. Sie hat sich um alle unsere Belange sofort gekümmert. Einzig das Hundegebell der Nachbarhunde ist etwas nervig. Allerdings kann Maja hier ja nichts dafür. Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Platz.

Wir hatten sehr schöne 10 Tage in der Villa Ana verbracht. Wir als Familie von Oma bis Kleinkind haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ausreichend Platz um zusammen zu sitzen oder am Pool zu liegen und jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Einzig die Strecke zum Strand oder größeren Supermarkt war etwas lang zu fahren, dafür waren wir aber fern ab vom Trubel. Check in und check out waren total unkompliziert und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Maja!

Beautiful villa

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our 2 week holiday to Croatia, villa is beautiful and lovely and clean. Highlight is the pool which we spent a lot of time in, pool is clean and well maintained. Views from the villa are great and most of the time it was lovely and peaceful. Very friendly dogs next door who welcomed us and came to say hello occasionally which our daughter loved. Thanks Maja

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Es ist nur ein Nachbarhaus daneben, von denen man aber so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß zum planschen und die Temperatur war auch herrlich. Das schöne ist auch das es im Außenbereich viele Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. So kann man entweder am Pool auf den Liegen liegen, in der Lounge sitzen oder unter Dach auf den Bänken sitzen. Auch positiv zu erwähnen das es ein Waschbecken außen gibt, daher muss man nicht immer ins Haus laufen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in freier Natur

Sehr schönes, großes und geräumiges Ferienhaus, ideal für eine größere Anzahl an Personen. Besonders hat uns der schöne Garten mit Pool und Sonnenliegen gefallen - ideal für die Entspannung nach dem Tagesausflug oder einfach so zum Relaxen. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, mit wunderschönen Blick auf das Ucka-Gebirge. Im angrenzenden Haus / Grundstück des Nachbarn leben mehrere Hunde und Hühner. Da die Grundstücke nicht eingezäunt sind, kommen diese such gern mal rüber in den Garten - das muss man mit einrechnen, wenn man selbst mit Hund anreist. Von der Ausstattung her hat es an nichts gefehlt, lediglich sollten die Scharniere der Schränke mal wieder etwas nachgezogen / repariert werden. Die Vermieterin Maja war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich auch sofort um alle Fragen und Anliegen gekümmert. Dafür nochmal ein großes Dankeschön! Uns hat der Urlaub in der Vila Ana Boljun sehr gut gefallen !

Wunderschön

Sehr schön renoviertes altes Dorfhaus in direkter Nachbarschaft einiger weniger kroatischer Nachbarn. Kein Tourismus, sondern Dorfleben, mit Hunden und Hühnern nebenan.. das fand ich persönlich unheimlich schön. Am Fuße des auf einem Berg gelegenen Ortes Boljun. Eine wunderbare (nicht touristische) Taverne sowie ein "TanteEmma-Laden in der Nähe. Ca. eine halbe Stunde vom Meer entfernt.. und wer es dann richtig touristisch mag ;) Das Haus ist ein Kleinod.. sehr geschmackvoll in der Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Der Pool hat eine ideale Größe und ist in einem idyllischen Garten gelegen mit Blick in die Natur. Wir hatten leider ziemlich heftig mit Herbstgrasmilben zu tun.. da wurde der Rasen dann leider ungemütlich und man hat ihn gemieden. Aber da kann ja schließlich keiner was für und das hat natürlich nichts mit der Bewertung des Hauses zu tun. Man sollte sich darüber nur vielleicht im Vorhinein informieren, da manche ganz arg davon betroffen sein können... und es eben wunderbar grün dort ist :)

Genieten van de rust in een prachtige omgeving. Je dient wel steeds een verplaatsing per auto te doen van minimaal 25 minuten naar een winkel, centrum of stad.

Super Haus in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit Maja verlief schon im Vorfeld reibungslos. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch. Alle Fragen wurden unmittelbar beantwortet. Vor Ort bei der Ankunft war alles super vorbereitet. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, alle Kinder (insg.5) hatten genügend Platz um sich auszubreiten. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, ein paar mehr Gläser wäre super. Der Pool wurde reichlich genutzt und bot stets eine willkommene Erfrischung. Tiere muss man mögen, denn Nachbars Hühner, Katzen und Hunde kommen ab und an zu Besuch, da wir vom Land kommen, absolut kein Problem. Probleme, die wir hatten wurden sofort beseitigt. Rundum für uns ein echter Erholungsurlaub, perfekt in Coronazeiten.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt. Wer Hunde hat sollte wissen, dass das Grundstück nicht umzäunt ist. Das Haus selber und der Blick in die Natur einfach perfekt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Villa in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir, zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der freundliche Empfang mit Käse, Wein und Brot, war ein perfekter Einstieg in den Urlaub. Die Küche, der Wohn- Essbereich, die vier Bäder und vier Schlafzimmer sind umfangreich ausgestattet, auch die Größe der Räume ist perfekt. Es gibt im Wohn- Essbereich sowie in zwei der vier Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Der Außenbereich inkl. Pool, verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Tischtennisplatte etc. ist einfach nur herrlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das absolute Highlight war, dass unsere Gastgeber uns mit einem typisch istrischen (selbstzubereiteten) Essen verwöhnt haben. Ein wunderschöner Abend! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

A great house in a beautiful location !!

This is a lovely home in a idealic spot. Open field views around the swimming pool give a great sense of being in the middle of nowhere. The house layout worked well for our 2 family stay with a bedroom upstairs and 3 downstairs. Our kids liked the room with a bed in a rock hole. There is a patio area with bbq, and table tennis and seating for plenty. The only downside is the patio is a level down from the kicthen so prepared for a few trips as you carry stuff back and forth. A local shop is not far away for the essentials , then large stores are in Labin. The location is quite central with easy day trips out to Pula, and both coasts, and even the great waterfalls. The Owners are very attentive and helpful.

Nydelig steinvilla som ligger helt for seg selv!

Fantastisk nyoppusset stein-villa som ligger landlig til like ved middelalderbyen Boljun. Rent og pent, med alle fasiliteter. Nydelig basseng og bassengområde. Hjelpsom vertinne som snakker godt engelsk. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake!
