Waterway Village at River Oaks Golf Plantation has something for everyone. This peaceful gated community minutes from the beach, golfing + shopping, not only gives you a sense of security, it offers more amenities that most other complexes.

Waterway Village has tennis courts, a putting area, basketball hoop, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool with hot tub, private bathrooms and outdoor shower. Waterway Village also has access to the Intracoastal Way where you can fish or sit on the gazebo(s) and watch the boats go by. As you can see, you don't need to leave the property to find something to do.

When you do leave Waterway, it is minutes away from Cal Ripken, Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Carolina University, Myrtle Beach Waves, Myrtle Beach Pelicans, hundreds of restaurants, and don't forget over 100 golf courses, including World Tour Golf Course. All of this and less than 5 miles from the beach!!

This air-conditioned unit is equipped with everything you need, including linens and towels. The fully furnished kitchen is stocked with all the convenient appliances including washer & dryer. In addition you can relax on the lanai, watch the golfers and enjoy this peaceful retreat.

This like new1st floor unit has a large lanai and an amazing view of the golf course. It has a queen size POSTUREPEDIC bed in the Master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. A couch in the great room converts to a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure.

Had a great stay. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a perfect spot with the pickleball court and pool right outside our front door. With a screened back patio and being on the 1st floor, it was perfect!

Perfect Stay

We rented this location to attend our daughters orientation at CCU. It was the perfect location. Right off 501, short drive to CCU and to Myrtle. Love that it was in a gated community so it was very quiet with no unnecessary traffic.

Family vacation

I couldn't be more happy with my experience, everything was laid out beautifully. The condo was clean, had basic amenities necessary. Beds were slightly hard for our liking but it wasn't awful. I had no issues communicating with Deanna, it was easy to contact her and she was quick with responses. We stayed an extra night that process was quick and easy for payment. The first night we did find something the last renters left behind, it was unfortunately a controlled substance, however it was handled and Deanna gave quick response. Neither myself or my significant other were horribly distraught over it. Mistakes and accidents happen. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone! Access to everything is local within 3 to 5 miles distance. Thank you Deanna & Joe!!

We enjoyed our stay for a week on Walker’s propery and this is a perfect place if you dont want to be in a crowded beach location and super close to everything. Deanna is a great host!

Beautiful condo close to everything

Beautiful quaint property located in a safe gated community close to everything. This place is located about 5 to 10 minutes from literally everything. My family and I had a great time. Everything was exactly as described. I loved that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the beach. Both of the pools on the property were awesome and kept the kids entertained. This is condo is a must for anyone wanting to stay close to the beach without being in the middle of everything and not having to pay for a ridiculously overpriced hotel room. 5 star condo for sure!

This was a great location to stay for our Baseball Tournament at Ripkin. We were about 7 minutes from the ball field and very close to lots of places to eat. This house was extremely clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an awesome weekend with my mom and daughter.

There was confusion with the gate pass at check in. But the owner made sure it was brought to us first thing the next morning. The shower head in the guest bathroom was broke but other than that, it’s an awesome place and we had a great stay.

Perfect location

We loved staying here it was 12 minutes or less from everything! Everything you need is pretty much provided. The location is very nice and safe. The pools are lovely and it really is a kid friendly spot. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Note that the code for the gate didn’t work for us butttttt if you swipe the white card it works every time! Lovely spot!

Fantastic place!

Everything about the stay was amazing and the whole process went super smooth. The condo was clean and comfortable with easy access to the pools and basketball/ tennis courts. You are close to the beaches and anything else you would want to do. The condo had a very nice kitchen with whatever you may need to cook, and a washer and dryer. I would definitely book this again!

Safe and relaxing

We had a great time staying at 627 Waterway Village. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and very relaxing. We felt safe at all times. The screened in porch was a great spot to eat, read and watch the golfers. This unit will not disappoint!
