The kitchen comes equipped with stainless appliances and granite counter tops; perfect for those who enjoy cooking. Relax in front of the gas fireplace, or use the gas grill on the back deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the Fraser River and the woods. Getting ready is a snap with an enclosed toilet/shower room and a separate vanity/sink area, allowing multiple people to utilize the area simultaneously. Ideal for families! The condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer in unit. There are USB outlets, two Smart TVs, 2 DVD players, and Xfinity high speed internet. After a long day of exploring, relax in the building's hot tub or steam room located right below the unit. When you're ready to leave the condo, you can walk to Base Village or take advantage of the free bus that stops across the street and drops off next to the gondola; perfect for when you are wearing your ski boots and carrying equipment. Just minutes away from the ski slopes and the Fraser River Trail, this area has so much to do all year-round!

Why they chose this property

It's walkable to all the action of the ski resort, but it feels much more private and home-like instead of feeling like a hotel in a congested area. The view off the back deck is beautiful!
