Rent studio with balcony for 4 people of 24 m2 completely renovated.
Located in a quiet residence in the town of Lans en Vercors.
On the 3rd floor in a small building with a South / South East facing balcony.

Résidence La CHENEVARIE, Le Furon building, 5 minutes by car from the city center of Lans en Vercors, 10 minutes by car from the ski resort of Lans en Vercors, 15 minutes from Villard de Lans, 30 minutes from Grenoble and 1 hour 30 from Valence.

• Open fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave, mini oven and fridge.
 Available equipment: raclette machine, dishes and cutlery, pots, pans and dishes, coffee makers, toasters and kettle.
 Baby equipment on request: baby bed, high chair and baby bath.

• In the main room:
 1 bed (140 x 190 sofa bed) with mattress protector, duvet and pillows for 2 people
 1 large loft bed (dimensions 190 x 190) with mattress protector, duvet and pillows for 2 people
 Available equipment: flat screen TV, mini Hi-Fi system

Studio bien situé avec une belle vue du balcon . Studio propre et bien agencé. La pièce principale et la cuisine ont bien été refaites avec des meubles neufs . Mais dans la salle de bain, la baignoire et les WC sont anciens, la vidange de la baignoire et le tire chasse des WC sont abîmes . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour
