Welcome to our elegant and cozy FONTAINE6 apartment!
Located in a secure residence. Immediate proximity to the Val d'Europe RER (20 meters). Only 5 minutes from Disneyland park and 30 minutes from Paris.

For the first days, we provide the first necessities (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, hand / machine dishwashing product, garbage bag, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper). To renew these products, you can get supplies at the Auchan supermarket located a few meters away, in the Val d'Europe shopping center.
We do not supply coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

Ideally located, right next to the RER Val d'Europe, you are in close proximity to all amenities (Monoprix, restaurants, bars and caterers, bakery, banks, tobacconist ...)

Just 100 meters away is one of the largest shopping centers in Seine et Marne, "Val d´Europe" with its Auchan supermarket, its many restaurants and shops, the Sea Life aquarium, etc.). You will also appreciate the Vallée Village outlet.

New Year in Disneyland Paris

When we arrived at the apartment using google maps for directions,the instructions with photos were very clear to access it. The car park was tight but secure and easy to access from the apartment. Great location for Disney - close to RER but also walkable when the train was rammed after a day in the parks! Cosy apartment, clean and tidy with everything you would need - towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Close to shops too. Would definitely stay again or recommend if you are doing Disney and/or a trip into Paris via RER.

Perfecto

Hemos estado muy a gusto, un grupo de 4 adultos y dos niños. Muy cerca de la estación de rer, perfecto para llegar a Disney con solo una parada. Las camas muy cómodas, incluso el sofá cama también muy cómodo. Sólo comentar que hemos echado de menos jabón para la vajilla y el lavavajillas y para la lavadora. En cambio en la cocina, había sal, aceite... se agradece. En resumen muy recomendable!!

Eine persönliche Einweisung wäre sinnvoll

Das Objekt ist schön, sauber und sehr praktisch gelegen für den Besuch im Disneyland und in Paris. Die Wohnung bietet alles wie beschrieben. Leider funktionierte unsere Garagenfernbedienung nicht, was bei einer persönlichen Übergabe aufgefallen wäre. Zudem hätte man sich dann schneller zurechtgefunden. Aufgrund der Öffnungszeiten der Agentur, konnten wir uns erst 2 Tage später zu Fuß die Fernbedienung reparieren lassen in der Agentur, da unser Auto ja in der Tiefgarage eingeschlossen war. Ansonsten alles prima gewesen.

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del tren a Disney y del centro comercial. La única pega al piso le faltaba una limpieza a fondo y nos encontramos con una silla rota la persiana que no subía de una de las habitaciones.
