Enjoy 2022 Masters week in this beautiful brick colonial house located on a large corner lot in the desirable Cambridge area of Watervale less than five miles from Augusta National. The wonderfully landscaped and shaded backyard is perfect for relaxing. A vine covered pergola shades a patio for grilling and sitting outside. Featured in this home are hardwood floors, a library, a wood burning fireplace, and much more! The kitchen includes granite counters, an island, and a breakfast nook. Upstairs you will find the owner's suite, tiled shower/tub and his & hers sinks. The remaining 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located upstairs. Conveniently located between Steven's Creek Road and Fury's Ferry Road.
