Welcome to your Wild Oak Bay Vacation Rental. This new vacation rental is a 2 bedroom private condo with access to a community pool and spa. This is the perfect property for your vacation destination or to get out of the terrible Northern snow! This location offers a short drive not only to the beautiful beaches of Bradenton like Anna Maria Island but also to Sarasota beaches like Siesta Key as well! Being centrally located makes this location the perfect spot for the explorer as you are just a short drive to the Sarasota/ Bradenton Airport, St Armands Circle, and Downtown locations.
This 2 bedroom upstairs condo is located in the quiet community of Wild Oak Bay. You will have access to the community amenities as well as private parking during your stay! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs as well as a washer and dryer inside the unit! The living room has a large flat screen tv and plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite shows while staying in the unit. You also have access to a large indoor/ outdoor lanai that is overlooking the pool as well!

All the bedrooms are equipped with TVS and you also have an office set up if you need to take the time to work during your stay. This unit also has WIFI available.
