The distribution of the Acaepa villa is as follows: with 122 m2, in the main dwelling you will find a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, living room, modern and fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant terrace that you can use both in summer and winter as it is completely covered. On the upper floor and completely independent with stairs on the outside, is the third bedroom with a comfortable double bed and open views of the mountain and the sea, and a bathroom with shower. The villa was completely renovated in 2019 and both its furniture and bathrooms, kitchen etc, are completely new. It has an air conditioning unit in the living room.

Villa ACAEPA

Villa ACAEPA is a really lovely villa in a nice, quiet part of Benissa. It’s decorated with great taste, and we felt at home right away. We had a fantastic four-week stay and honestly I don’t have anything negative to say, just a few suggestions. I always treat a rental property like it’s my own. The only thing I’d recommend is giving the doors and locks a bit of oil once a year. One of the doors was a little difficult to open, and I adjusted a couple of the kitchen cupboard doors because they were rubbing together. Other than that: all positives! The owner should be very proud of such a beautiful villa. See above

La piscina, la terraza y el interior estan muy bien. La villa esta bien situada en lugar tranquilo. Ideal para relajarse. No es una villa para el verano porque no tiene climatizacion. Ideal para primavera. Hay un problema con la presion del agua, es muy difficile ducharse .

Destaco lo bien equipada que está la cocina, la casa espaciosa y acogedora a la par de sencilla y muy funcional. Lo pasamos genial. Ideal para los que quieran disfrutar de la tranquilidad y comodidad de un entorno precioso y amable. No salimos de la piscina a pesar de que muy cerca hay una cala muy bonita. Avisar que no hay barbacoa sino plancha y dar un pequeño aviso para la gran cantidad de mosquitos, que sobre todo se sienten en la noche, para no pillar por sorpresa.

The villa was in a quiet location but not far from the beach and shop. It was clean. There was plenty of outside space and had lovely gardens As we rented for a week we needed more towels and tea towels. Pool towels would have been good too. Needs to be an information booklet of the area.

La piscina, junto al porche, son una maravilla. Hacer vida en el porche es una gozada. La cocina muy bien equipada y la decoración es muy bonita. Dentro de la casa hace demasiado calor, el aire acondicionado la haría
