Accommodation was beautiful! Close enough to everything you would want to do but not in the busy hustle and bustle area. A breakfast cafe is right outside of the accommodation which is beautiful and quaint and the waitresses are lovely. Our only dilemma was we came in two cars and the place only has one parking space but the neighbours were lovely and accommodating and helped us work it out so that both cars could stay on the property. The hosts were also AMAZING with communication and instructions to get into the property were accurate and clear. We had no issues.My only recommendation is to have a fan for the living room AND bedroom during the hot seasons as we were baking on the hot evenings but the weather obviously isn’t the hosts fault. The property does have one fan. We also couldn’t have the balcony door open in the evening as the pond attracted a lot of flies. Other than that the place was perfect for a 4 person stay.

This was our 4th stay in this apartment it is clean and comfortable and idea for our purposes for being in Newquay. Having a private parking space is an added bonus. Just a word of warning there are a lot of steps to reach the apartment. It kept us fit though.

Very comfortable stay in beautiful surroudings

Really enjoyed our stay the apartment was gorgeous!

The only thing we didn’t like was checking in at 3pm we missed a day there but everything else was amazing we can’t wait to return again in a few year.

Great Property

Apartment was clean and very comfortable with a lovely view over the boating lake. Great location for walking just about anywhere in Newquay. For us it was very central for family that we have down here. I’m sure we will be back

Absolute gem of a property - highly recommended

Visited for a short stay in May. Lovely place for our base to visit several areas (Eden project / Lands End / St Ives). Sharon the owner was very responsive to any questions. Accommodation immaculate with benefits of parking , quiet location but only a short walk to the main eateries in Newquay in the evening. Will certainly look to visit again - thank you!

Great Location

Second stay at this lovely apartment which was very clean and well equipped. Far enough outside of Newquay to be away from the crowds but close enough to walk should you not want to take the car. Minor problem when we 1st arrived but after a phone call to Sharon this was swiftly sorted. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊
