Large stone house of over 140m², completely renovated, located 10 km from Sarlat, 5 from La Roque to Jacques, 3 from Domme and 2 km from Cénac, just outside a small hamlet. On the ground floor a large living room of 60m² and its Périgord fireplace, a fitted kitchen as well as a back kitchen with a washing machine, a freezer, a sink and a W.C. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, one with a walk-in shower and a sink, as well as a bathroom with W.C. The large plot, the 5m x 11m swimming pool, with its sunny terrace, a breathtaking view of the bastide of Domme will offer tranquility and peace in the midst of the meadows and woods. Located in the center of the famous golden triangle of Périgord, hiking, cycling, visits to castles, classified villages, etc. will pleasantly occupy your stay.
