Beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment with attached garage. Ohio State trooper barracks is about a block away and they patrol the area 24/7. The attached garage provides protection from the elements, such a snow and rain.

The apartment has central air conditioning and is heated by gas. There is also an electric fireplace to provide atmosphere. The apartment sits on a beautifully landscape lot. There is a patio with lawn chairs, table, fire pit and a barbecue grill.

The apartment is centrally located and provides easy access to shopping and restaurants. Local attractions are Lake Erie, the city of Geneva, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ashtabula's Historic Bridge Street, local wineries and covered bridges. The closest winery is the Old Mill that is located in Geneva.

Holiday visit

We visited family in the Ashtabula area for the holidays, before the weather sets in! We live down south, so don't venture into the north much during the winter. Happy to report that we had a full Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen appliances and settings worked just fine! There were snow flurries on Saturday and a dusting covered the ground and houses - beautiful! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Nice fall visit

The property is great for us to visit with family in Ashtabula. It has all of the amenities you need (we do cook and use the grill), nice open floor plan, great location. Warm pleasant days in October, and great Halloween decorations all around the area made for a good time!

Easy access for family visit

We were up visiting family, and the location of this apartment made for easy in and out access. Easy trip to Geneva, downtown Ashtabula, Jefferson, and the highways. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We will return again when visiting family. Thank you for providing an great alternative to hotels or expensive 'vacation rentals'.

Great base site for activities

Needed a site central to Ashtabula, Geneva, Jefferson, and this place met the bill. Very spacious and welk supplied, stayed two weeks and had a great stay.
