Pack up some beach chairs and a cooler and walk down to the private community beach where you will practically have the lake all to yourself!

My husband, Dave and I discovered Ashtabula early on in our marriage and instantly fell in love with the town. We knew this was the place we wanted to have a lake cottage for ourselves and our two little girls. In 2019, we found and purchased the house and started renovations which took over a year! We love how it turned out and we are excited to welcome guests to enjoy it too!
