Enjoy the professionally decorated interior, including new furnishings and fixtures, , refinished hardwood floors, and fresh paint!

Step up to the first floor of this 2-story Carriage House and delight in a world of elegance and comfort with new furnishings. The wraparound balconies, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or a soothing evening nightcap, set the tone for this luxurious retreat. As guests enter the cozy great room, they are welcomed by pristine white finishes bathed in natural light, exuding a sense of tranquility that unifies the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Great location for small party

Fabulous locale in Rosemary! Clean and comfy bed. Has room for 6 but one bath would make that difficult. There were only 2 of us and it was comfortable. Has basic kitchen incase you wanted to cook. Close to eats and beach!

Cute cottage in great location

Love the location! Very quick, easy walk to the beach and town center. The cottage itself was very clean and as pictured. All details were provided for easy check-in and check-out. There is an extremely loud alarm that goes off every time you open the door and you have to manually turn it off. We thought it was an actual security alarm when we checked in and were unloading, but then realized it goes off when you close the door. Also, some of the blinds are broken or missing and need to be fixed. All in all, a great stay though and we would be happy to stay there again.

Nice visit and room. Overall very good. Positive criticism as follows: too much furniture in the unit. It is equipped to handle up to six people, when the likely visitors are two, like we were. The shutter near the bed is broken and needs fixed. The shade on the door is black paper and needs to be upgraded. For those of us not used to designated parking, we had to learn fast. Not desirable..
