We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Great location, can walk to Queen Street to enjoy shopping and great restaurants. Close location to many wineries. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with Erin was great and prompt. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again in the future.
This property was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering space. This home was well stocked and had everything we needed. Close walking to shops and places to eat. We would return to this property.
The house facilitated an amazing family Christmas for us! Kitchen was so well stocked. The open concept create a great area for gathering! Highly recommend this for a great family vacation!
Had a really lovely stay, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well appointed. The location is perfect, just down the street from bike rental shop and a short walk to downtown NOTL.
We had a lovely stay! The house is even better than the pictures. Nicely appointed, very clean, and perfect location to walk into the downtown area. Beds very comfortable and super nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The host was very responsive as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
A group of 8 friends from high school enjoying a birthday weekend away. The property was great - 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms makes life easy but having spacious rooms, a variety of seating arrangements, and a great kitchen made us all feel at home.
We were a total 8, all family, and enjoyed the entire experience. The house is excellent for a group. It is well equipped with kitchen supplies, grill access, bath needs, dining and cooking utensils. The location is convenient to NOTL shopping and parks. We did not have weather that allowed use of the great pool. This was a excellent property for our needs.
This was a perfect VRBO for four couples. The facility was first rate, each couple had their own bathroom, the downstairs was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-designed and outfitted.
As always Niagara on the Lake delivers excellent activities and ambiance. This quaint town easy to navigate walking and driving. The Shaw Theatre offers many plays for all ages, wineries galore and a short drive to Niagara Falls too. At the mouth of Lake Ontario is a lovely park and on clear days you can see Toronto. Multiple parks and walking/riding trails along Niagara Parkway
Our rental on Mary Street was a very nice comfortable home with everything you need for your stay. Large common areas for relaxing. Also a large back porch and in ground pool(was closed for season when we were there)
Comfortable beds in all rooms. Large kitchen island with plenty of seating. Excellent!
Had a very enjoyable weekend at this house. We had plenty of space (10 adults) to enjoy dinners and late night card games. Walking distance to lots of restaurants in old town and quick drives to all the wineries. The house was super cute and the whole process was super easy!! Would highly recommend this rental:)
We enjoyed our stay Ayelsbury Manor. The distance walking into town daily was our favorite. The inside of the home was renovated and fully stocked with almost everything. We would’ve liked a better coffee system & ceiling fans in every bedroom. The upstairs can get quite warm at night. The pool was a nice added amenity for our kids. The outdoor pool area does need more lighting. Overall, it was the perfect home for our family week in Niagara.
We had 4 couples and we wandered around to restaurants, shops, wineries and breweries. The house is great, the kitchen ended up as the gathering place due to the large island. The location is convenient, the parking area fit 4 cars/trucks with no problem. It is very clean and updated.
First we would like to tell Erin how much we appreciated the spectacular home she has for us to stay in! The comfort and charm is exactly as the photos shown. There were 8 of us senior woman staying for a short golf getaway and we were all very appreciative that it so very easy to be there with plenty of room for all.
Everything is very well appointed and comfortable including her pull out sofa. The location is also prime!
We loved this property! It is spacious, well equipped and has an awesome vibe and decor. Erin was available quickly but we really didn’t need her much. All our needs were met in advance. Thank you

Expectations Not Met
Beautiful home but not up to our standards. Needed to be cleaned better and items like bed posts, need to be fixed. First observation are missed by the look of the front door and surrounding paint job.

Review: Part One
Part ONE: In review, the property is beautiful with a perfect location, however, the experience was absolutely horrible. Initially the hosts were professional and welcoming for check-in, however, the stay took an unfortunate turn in the first evening. According to the contract provided by the hosts there was no indication of security cameras, as it was listed under items “not included” on the property. Upon check-in we noticed that there was a ring doorbell camera at the front door. I appreciate the desire for a ring doorbell camera in these circumstances, however, I feel our privacy was extremely violated during our stay. We returned from dinner on night one of our stay and the host called me at 11:30 PM using an angry tone of voice inquiring if property was being damaged because of footage the hosts were viewing on the doorbell camera. At this point I inquired to the host regarding the camera where her response was “well we don’t have it on, we don’t watch our tenants.” I assured her there was no damage occurring, that we were simply returning from dinner and going to bed. The next day of our stay we were enjoying the beautiful location and pool area from approximately 9:30AM-1PM. We the left the house from approximately 3PM-7PM. We were adhering to the noise bylaw in Niagara-on-the-Lake which prohibits outdoor music, yelling, singing, hooting or whistling between the hours of 11:00PM-09:00AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
