Hamilton cove is a gem and this unit was perfect for a family with one bedroom on a separate floor, near the pool and tennis courts and dock. We loved out stay.

Absolutely Wonderfull Love love love this place, these people, this location, that golf cart, ….,..Superb. If only the Jacuzzi had been working or someone had shown up to fix it during the time we were there, I could’ve said perfect.

Overall the experience was great. The sofa mattress wasn’t clean. Views were pretty, but the place definitely would need deep cleaning.

The property in general is absolutely stunning with ocean views etc. The condo itself was okay however it felt like there was some deferred maintenance that was needed. Hamilton Cove is breathtaking.

This particular unit appears to be ignored by the owner. The batteries in the TV remotes do not work. The Living room TV has a cable box, but now HDMI cable, or any other for that matter, between the cable box and the TV. Being football season, I though I might catch part of a game when in the unit, but no TV viewing was possible. There is no A/C, and the ceiling fans do not produce enough air flow in the unit. There are some box fans, the cheap kind, that don't really get it done either. The kitchen counter seems to have been repaired poorly as there is a giant crack in the counter top that has filler that does not cover the crack well and is not even the same color. Lastly, the unit had ants. Just an overall poor maintenance level. Lastly, the unit has not been updated, it appears, at all. Otherwise, though, it was good enough to sleep and shower. For the price, I just expected better.

When we tried to reach out, no one got back to us. The batteries in the remote to the TV didn't work, outside patio was small with a very wobbly table, the golf cart had a tough time steering and the brakes were questionable. It was only filled up half way with gas! Also the washer and dryer didn't cycle or dry our clothes. There weren't any cups except wine glasses and coffee mugs. Just not impressed with the ZERO communication and lack of amenities that should be standard for a house at this price.

We had a very pleasant time at the hotel. The environment was very beautiful and clean. The golf carts made traveling convenient. The children had a great time in the swimming pool. There was also a beach and slides. I highly recommend it to everyone.
