Cleaning needs to be addressed, small repairs need to be made fix the white broken bed ,change the air conditioner filter , desanatize the washer it has a musky oder, clean clean clean, up date!!!!!! Change the molded shower curtain. With these small requests, my family would stay here again, MAYBE

Great Vacation Great View Great Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is well-maintained and was very clean. It offered a beautiful ocean view, and is conveniently located near the elevators. A nice added benefit is the inclusion of two beach chairs, umbrella and beach attendant service at no charge saving us about $400 for the week. There are restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance There are 3 pools a huge beach side Tiki Bar, a Sky Bar with entertainment in the bridge walkway over the street and a Starbucks. There was plenty of parking and the complex seemed more like an actual resort than the typical PCB condominium complexes we have stayed at before. The property manager was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this condo and the resort's amenities!

Great location. The two negatives would be that the washing machine had mold growing inside and my son spent some time cleaning it out with bleach and mold products we purchased before we washed our clothes in it. The other issue was the refrigerator had several shelves that were broken.

Couple things were off, broken toilet paper roll holder, couple lights were flickering. But overall a great spot to stay. Easy check in, friendly staff, great view, and an even better price honestly. If you’re like me and really don’t mind a couple little thing here and there, I recommend this spot 10 times outta 10.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a great week staying here and we loved the location. Condo is very well stocked for cooking. The building is wonderful and offered many amenities that we enjoyed: hot tub, heated pool, live music, food/ice cream store, etc.

Location is beautiful, and overall layout was good. A little confusion with location of unit and parking on the property upon arrival. Bunk bed is in the entrance walkway. Toilet paper dispenser broken in master bath. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. No laundry detergent. Only one extra trash bag. No pool/beach towels provided. Mattress in bedroom closest to entrance was sunken in. Mold and mildew apparent in showers and shower heads as well as faucet screens. The complex was very well maintained and clean.
