T2 apartment located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a luxury residence, with an area of 88 m², 2 bathrooms, 3 superb balconies (views of the swimming pools), 1 private parking space in the basement of the residence. TV and Internet in free access.

Two swimming pools in the residence are available to residents, (1 for adults and 1 for children).

Very noisy location

The apartment was very nice and clean. Luis who meet us was extremely helpful. But what was not clear from the photos or the description, was that it was next to a two-lane main road, so the traffic noise was overwhelming. In addition, all the photos are taken in such an angle, which does not indicate that the neighboring plot is a building site (this is not evident from the description either). So the general noise level is incredibly high. The two single beds creak when you move and the power goes off if the air conditioning and the washing machine or oven are running at the same time. It is located very close to beach and lots of small shops and restaurant, which makes the location great in that relation. We have used VRBO for the past 5 years and have always had positive experiences. This is the first time that the advertisement and photos have been misleading and that there has not been a good dialogue or any help from the owner

Great location

The property is very nice, modern, clean and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything was great except the beds in both bedrooms, especially the two twin beds, not made for adults, very uncomfortable and could feel all the springs, I ended up sleeping on the sofa for 2 weeks. They need to replace all mattresses for guests to have a great stay and sleep comfortable.

Trop cher pour le rapport qualité

Appartement propre et propriétaire très aimable Par contre la piscine est pas chauffée donc très froide Les matelas des lits jumeaux pas top ce sont des lits pliants qui couigne au moindre mouvement Et le matelas du lit double est vraiment très dur . Dernier petit détail pour le prix je pense qu un petit présent lors de l arrivée serait bienvenue comme une bouteille d eau et des fruits ou autres je loue tout les ans la bas et à chaque fois un petit quelque chose nous attendais dommage..

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans l'appartement, celui ci est très bien équipé et très bien placé (150 m de la plage), et idéal pour découvrir l'Algarve, la propriétaire (Karine) est très réactive.

Apartamento e localizaçao muito boa!

De referir o facto de nao haver estores ou persianas, só o black out, que deixa todo o sol entrar às 6 am... A praia é maravilhosa, a localização é muito boa, mas apesar do calor intenso, o vento que se levanta de tarde, deixa as noites muito frias. Ainda assim, foi uma semana estupenda😉
