Spring wine tour

We had a few incidents but the host quickly took care of them. It’s a good place for 2 couples to enjoy the area and wine tours. Kitchen isn’t well stocked but I think we all know to bring the important cooking needs and not depend on what’s in the home. We had a wonderful three nights with good friends.

Perfect September Wedding

Fantastic property! Accommodations met all our needs for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Parking and one floor level was a must since we had my wife’s elderly parents with us. Screened in porch was great for morning coffee in the quiet before all the wedding festivities.

Lovely home

We were so happy with the home and all the amenities. It was spacious and everyone was able to retreat to their own space, yet we could all be together when we chose to be. The host was responsive, but we really didn't need a thing! So close to shopping and downtown, too!

Graduation weekend: Perfect!

The home was welcoming. We had no issues whatsoever. Matthew communicated promptly. The location is enough off grounds, but close enough to walk to many popular destinations. The pictures in the listing do not do the property justice. It is absolutely charming!

Lovely home and neighborhood

This was our second stay in Buckingham Hall - the first in May 2017 when our son was graduating from UVA Law School. This May we stayed for a week while visiting our son and his family, who settled in Charlottesville. The house is well-designed and nicely furnished. We love the screened porch off the living room, and our only non-5* rating was for the porch cleanliness (it wasn’t ready for summer BBQ living). Location is great since it’s just off a main artery into downtown in one direction and to a great shopping center in the other direction. — We highly recommend this VRBO option in C’Ville.
