Main House:
1st Floor: Discover a king bedroom with a TV and a private shower. There's also a bedroom with 2 twins and a TV, offering flexibility to convert them into a king bed. Completing this level is a hall shower bath.

2nd Floor: Large king master bedroom has a private balcony outfitted with cocktail table and barstools as well as a large private master bath with dual vanity, soaking tub, and marble shower. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. Hall shower bath. Bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk as well as a separate queen bed. Off the 2nd floor landing is a porch overlooking the pool.

3rd Floor: The main living area, dining room, and kitchen are on this floor to offer the best Gulf views. The comfortable living area has a sectional sofa with lounger, love seat, side chair and large TV. The dining table seats 10. Open concept kitchen has a breakfast bar and stainless appliances by Thermador and KitchenAid. Powder room. Balcony off living area has outdoor dining and a built-in cushioned settee that can be made into a lounging area. Amazing Gulf views!

Roof Deck: It's the best spot in the house, with awesome views of the beach, Gulf, and nearby Rosemary Beach. There's a cool wet bar with a mini fridge and TV, a flying bed for chilling in the breeze, a comfy built-in booth, and a spot for drinks with friends. Perfect for catching the sunrise or sunset!

West Wing:
1st Floor: Adjacent to the pool, accessed either from the pool area or from a side door. Living area overlooks pool through the wall of sliding glass doors and features a queen sleeper sofa, 75” LED TV and a Blu-ray. The kitchen has smaller sized stainless appliances. Powder room. Additional patio with outdoor dining table.

2nd Floor: The king master bedroom features a spacious en suite with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, a private balcony, and a TV for added comfort. The second bedroom includes a queen-over-queen bunk and a mounted TV. While the layout is more open than a traditional bedroom, it is enclosed with locking doors to ensure privacy and comfort. A hall shower bath and laundry closet are also located on this level.

Outside:
