ABOUT SAND SEAIR:
Welcome to Sand Seair, a newly decorated beach home, with upgraded furnishings and renovated outdoor pool area perfect for large families looking to get away from it all. Relax at the beach all day and then unwind around the newly updated pool deck in the afternoon. Sand Seair is a 5-bedroom 4.5-bathroom home, located in Inlet Beach, sleeping up to 18 guests.

Sand Seair has a private bedroom on the 1st floor with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The first-floor bedroom has private access to the newly updated pool/spa and pool deck. On the second floor is the main entrance to the home, formal dining area, living room, spacious kitchen and casual dining space. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, has a king bed and large private bath with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Down the hall, on the 3rd floor, is a large kid's room with 2 custom built sets of full-size bunk beds! The bunk room can comfortably sleep up to 8 children. The 4th bedroom, located on the third floor, has a King bed with a large balcony and gulf views. The fifth bedroom is located in the carriage house, connected to the main house by balcony, and includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The carriage house can be accessed separately via the private entrance on the first floor next to the pool. Sand Seair has been updated beautifully with a focus on entertaining the entire family around the pool, updated pool deck, and 5 balconies.

Sand Seair had everything for our family! The pool was nice and we enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The golf cart was very convenient to make drop offs to the beach. We had a great time.

This property was actually better and nicer that the pictures showed. The location is awesome. The use of the golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze. We would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sand Seair. The layout was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. The location was good and golf cart made it easy to get everyone and our stuff to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals in. Superb Customer Service!!

Michelle and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out when we experienced a booking mishap through our credit card while trying to use our points. During a busy weekend, they found us a beautiful house to stay in close to where we wanted to be. They worked past closing to make sure that we were set up for our vacation. Because of their hard work, we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend with family. Highly recommend this company!!

Although the house was lovely the pictures on the VRBO website made all the rooms appear much bigger than they actually were. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having 2 dining areas. The golf cart was very nice to have. The pool area was a hit with the little kids in our group. We loved the back porches.

Perfect house to host our family over the thanksgiving holiday! Having the golf cart was great, that is hard to find a house that includes one. House very updated and well stocked, there's even beach chairs and toys to use which was awesome! Owners very responsive to our needs. Very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend!!!

Amazing House

This house was great! It was very clean and we didn't have any issues. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was very warm the entire time even with cool nights. The golf cart was great for the beach and the location couldn't be better. I would highly recommend this house for families with kids.

Guys golf trip

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Inlet Blue. The house was spacious enough for our whole group to relax and enjoy our time. It was nice having a separate carriage house to accommodate our large group. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and the short walk to have dinner in Rosemary. It was also nice having a private pool at the house. We hope to be back again in the fall!

We loved this house, it's location, how well equipped it is, the pool and every corner of this gorgeous house. The owners were around the neighborhood and were so great to us. Having the golf car helped us with taking the kids to the beach but we mostly walked and were never tired. This area is so private, well maintained that we really liked it. We were a big group of 5 families and could accommodate everybody. We would love to come back here so just waiting for next year!!

We had a wonderful time at Sand Seair! Great location, clean home, pool etc was perfect!! The only issue we had was the appliances are older and the kitchenware was outdated. Cutting knives etc. were extremely dull but this issue would not hold us back from coming back again!

Such a great time!

We loved our visit at Sand Seair! The accommodations were perfect and they had everything we needed and more. Paradise Properties was such a wonderful management company and went over and above to make sure our stay was great. We've encountered lots of management companies in our time at Rosemary and have always had average to poor experiences. Working with Paradise Properties was the opposite experience. They were wonderful!

Beautiful decor! Very comfortable house for everyone to spread out.

We loved the gorgeous kitchen and cooking in it! The kids loved the pool so much! You really are so close to the beach! Close enough to Rosemary to walk but not in the busy chaos of Rosemary. It is a very well stocked home and they've made it so cozy!! We loved our stay there and would come back. The golf cart is a huge plus! I would still rent bikes since you can't go down the streets of Rosemary in the golf cart. Thanks for sharing your home with our families.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this house! Plenty of room for our family traveling together over the holidays. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of seating. Bedrooms and bathrooms all clean and comfortable. Very close to everything in the area but offers a bit more privacy form all the hustle and bustle. Loved the golf cart and the bikes! It's a little close to 98 so you can hear some street noise occasionally but it was never disruptive. The back yard is a lovely oasis with nice lighting, a warm pool and fire pit. Our family ranged in age from 7-77 and it was a wonderful stay for everyone! Paradise was also very responsive and helpful every time we had questions! Highly recommend.

Great location and awesome backyard!

This is the first time in 9 years that we have stayed in a home that we would come back to. The home is a little older but it is so functional and has an incredible backyard with a nice pool and ample outdoor living space. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked! The washer and dryer were also the best we have had. The separated living spaces also worked well for our group of 9 so that we could have multiple groups doing things without interrupting the others. The drop zone on the first floor was clutch and the included golf cart was a luxury! It could use some updating in the bathrooms, but all in all, we highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Home

We had a great Labor Day weekend get away with friends. We really enjoyed the home. It is convenient to the beach (1.5 blocks away) and the golf cart was fantastic. We had a few minor issues - the main floor (2nd) temperature was always hot and the first and third were freezing. The kitchen is small. The first floor toilet didn’t flush well. The hot tub was not hot. The grill almost caught fire due to lack of cleaning prior to our arrival. There was a sewer smell outside some of the time.

TV in family room worked 1st night. We reported it & was told needed new box & would not get it tell Monday. Would have been nice to have all week for morning cartoons for grandkids. Internet was very spotty also. Pool was cloudy all week & 1st day extremely hot. House very nice, pool area & golf cart were plus. Cooked in all week, kitchen accessories were not best. We would probably not return.

Cleaning

On the surface, this location looked clean but once we got in was a different story. The floors were very dirty, the pool was not clean, found previous guest panties in the drawer, found trash under the bed, and some of the beds had no sheets. When we reported the bed and floors the housekeeper waited until we all sat down for dinner to arrive. They brought a flat sheet only for the king bed ( we didn't know until they left because we made the bed) and we couldn't let them clean the floors because we were eating.
