Villa with 8 rooms that is located within a fully fenced 6-hectare estate planted with avocados with a caretaker's house.

Private garden of 2,000 m2 with swimming pool, tennis court and pediment.
Barbecue with grill and bread oven.

The beautiful villa adapted for disabled people, has on the ground floor a spacious entrance hall, living room with 48-inch TV, WIFI, large kitchen, has a suite with bathroom, 1 bedroom triple with complete bathroom, 1 double room with bathroom with shower; a toilet and a dining room with a bar. On the second floor there is an independent entrance to the outside and an internal staircase. It has a suite with a complete bathroom with a spectacular hydromassage/jacuzzi bathtub, 4 double rooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with a sofa bed to adapt it to a ninth room), pool table, table football and a large terrace.


The pool has a removable security fence depending on the requirements of the clients.
