Villa MEDINA 20 by Abahana Villas

MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN Moraira (Costa Blanca ), with private pool for up to 20 people.



LAYOUT: This villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor we find three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds ), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath en suite) and a guest toilet . It has a large living-dining room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs we have seven bedrooms (two with double bed and the others with twins ), five shower rooms (four of them en suite ) and a guest toilet. Four of the bedrooms have air conditioning but they don't have windows.



EXTERIOR :A beautiful garden surrounding the house, with grass, trees and palms. A covered and furnished terrace, and an openterrace with garden furniture and a private pool terrace deck . We have a portable barbecue in the garden.



LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Moraira ,on a dead end of a street with no trafic. Near the sea and all amenities. In an area where we can find many restaurants and taste the Mediterranean cuisine.



OTHER: Air Conditioning (In two of the bedrooms upstairs, two machines in the living room and in four rooms of the lower floor). Main bedroom ensuite is suitable for wheelchairs. FREE INTERNET

We were a bit sceptical about the Villa because it was very well priced.We took our entire family.(20 of us including 10 grandchildren).The Villa was clean and the operators, Alhambra Villas, were excellent in response to any requests from us.Some of the downstairs rooms have no windows, but the kids didn't care!( One of the downstairs shower/toilet rooms was very smelly, but we shut the door and didn't use it ).Only other thing was the tiles around the pool got very slippy when wet.I also must say the area was clean, quiet, and plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink in.The coastline is beautiful. We had a great holiday !!

Ett generöst tilltaget boende med stora ytor och gott om plats för umgänge. En härlig pool och trevligt med uteplats intill under tak. Stora sovrum och sköna sängar. tyvärr hade inte alla sovrum aircondition. Det var nära till både affär och några restauranger. Till Moraira strand var det 2,5 km. Tyvärr hade vi problem med både strömmen och diskmaskinen. Problemet med ström löste sig snabbt men diskmaskinen kunde vi inte använda på hela veckan. Två olika tekniker kom och skulle laga den, men de påstod att det skulle fyllas på salt, vilket gjordes, samt att endast ett program gick att använda. Trots att vi följde dessa råd så blev disken inte ren och vi fick handdiska varje dag efter att 20 personer hade ätit och druckit. Det var inte vad vi hade tänkt oss när man vill njuta av semester.

Finca de peor calidad que apariencia

La casa no está mal y la piscina está bien pero la finca está muy desatendida (cesped seco, elementos mal mantenidos). Además no es válido para 20 personas porque hay 3 habitaciones sin ventanas en las que no parece viable poder dormir. Muy cara para el estado de la vivienda
