Jennifer, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. I sincerely apologize that the hot tub was unusable, the deck and windows were not cleaned to our standards and that the downstairs sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable for members of your party. The maintenance team encountered scheduling delays that weekend that prevent them from completing as many projects as planned. That's certainly not an excuse for a dirty hot tub, but an explanation that they fell short, and I can assure you we are correcting this with them. I can also confirm the hot tub has since been deep cleaned. The housekeeping team has been reminded to routinely clean the windows and they will inspect the downstairs mattresses promptly. Should they find the quality lacking, they will certainly start plans to secure replacements. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we will use it to improve.

We’ll have maintenance inspect and repair the front door and screen, and housekeeping will assess the bedding for replacement. We do only leave a starter supply of soap, and ask that guests replenish their supply should they use all of ours. Thank you for the specifics — they help us make immediate improvements.

Rose — thank you for staying with us and for sharing this detailed feedback. I’m very sorry your stay at Wave Watchers fell short of expectations. We've sent your review to our housekeeping manager, so she can ensure the replacement of the towels/bedding. Our maintenance team will inspect and repair the broken twin bed frame and drain, fill and treat the hot tub. Our housekeeping team is currently working on a full supply kit overhaul. Starting next week, we'll have more of all the goods you mentioned, so that our guests don't worry about running through the supply too quickly.
