House of Relaxation is a beautiful 3200+ square foot custom built home located in popular 'Road's End' in Lincoln City, Oregon. This spectacular home has breathtaking 180 degree views from wall to wall windows.

This amazing home is beautifully decorated. You will feel truly at home with our comfortable and relaxing home as you enjoy the views and sounds of the waves.

Hale Mohalu is perfect for two families or larger groups, however, no parties. Hale Mohalu will meet your needs with five full size bedrooms, 4.5 baths, open great room with adjoining dining and fully equipped kitchen, family recreation room and two large decks and one patio. One deck is equipped with a gas BBQ grill and the lower patio has a hot tub. All linens are provided. This property is also equipped with free wireless wi-fi. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. The property is equipped with Ring at exterior entrances.

The upper floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and slab granite countertops including breakfast bar and adjoining dining area with seating for 14. The adjoining great room with fireplace, Smart TV and has comfortable seating with amazing ocean views from the wall to wall windows. Upstairs is a powder bath for general use. In addition, there are two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with a queen size bed. There is an adjoining bathroom to be shared by both bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a separate toilet and oversized tiled shower with pebble flooring - it makes you feel like you are showering at the beach!

The main floor has three bedrooms. One master suite with king size bed, full executive master bath with shower, tub and double sinks. The master has a separate door to access the deck with beautiful views and a cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a separate door to access the deck. The third bedroom has a full size bed. There is full size bath with separate sink and shower/tub and toilet area.

The lower level is perfect for the families with extra energy! There is a TV, plenty of seating, ping pong table, and wet bar. There is a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on the top. A full bath is located on this floor. There is also a patio with hot tub. There are also 4 separate portable futon mats for additional sleeping.

Hale Mohalu has parking for up to 5 vehicles. Our home is just 2 blocks from the beach. Beach access is directly down the street at 66th St. Amazingly close!

The house is very well suited for large group gatherings. It is located in the Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln Beach, with a beautiful beach about an 8 minute walk downhill. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are excellent hikes in the area. The shops in Lincoln Beach are just a few minutes away. The three levels provided plenty of room for our party of8 adults and three children. The top. Floor has a great room and a very good kitchen setup for larger group meals. The view from all floors was beautiful!

Family beach vacation

The house was comfortable and had enough towels, conveniences, etc for all of us.Some of the cooking pots had scratches on the non stick surfaces and were unusable. The porch had some loose metal rods that needed to be secured.We did enjoy our stay.

PERFECT Vacation Beach House!

So hard to find a big enough house for our large family of 15. This house had everything! Location to beach, a room for all adults and play/sleep room for the kids. House is in good shape with everything you will need. Loved the sand washing station outside the house, which we used constantly, with warm water too! The ocean view was amazing from this house, so you could enjoy it even when you weren't down at it. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with the beach just a couple minute walk away. LOVED our stay!

The property was easy to check into and overall very clean. There were a few things broken (drawer handle to the utensil drawer). There were conflicting instructions in the binder in terms of cleaning expectations prior to departure.

Magical Christmas stay

Incredible views, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space make this home ideal for large groups. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms and flex basement room with bunkbed, couches and a pingpong table. It gave everyone plenty of space for our Christmas gathering.

We were gathering as a family to memorialize my late wife by spreading some of her ashes in Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area. Barb was supportive and helpful with me arranging the stay and having all the family who had gathered at the coast to have dinner together two evenings and it was a very important time to blend family as we bid my wife and their mother goodbye. The dining and living room area upstairs was a great place to gather and to eat. The ocean views were beautiful. If you have a large group looking for a relaxing place to stay I recommend this property.

Great house…beautiful view!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful and a great size for all 16 of us. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the ping pong table provided hours of entertainment.

Our large group of older friends really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for preparing and serving food. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping-pong table and wonderful ocean view. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great for families

This property has amazing views, room for lots of family and has nice upgrades. With the wide open space of the main living we were able to easily play games and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped and on top of each. Definitely something we would book again!

We chose this house for the view and how large it was. Wonderful property!! Good beds, good family area, great parking, deer every day and night! 4th of July family reunion

Large house able to comfortably accomodate 12 people. House within walking distance to beach and reasonable driving distance to a lot of coastal attractions. FYI, this is a beach house but does not have anything to help enjoy the beach so plan on bringing your own chairs,shades, toys etc. Beautiful views!!

Family of 15 vacation

There were 15 of us from 60 yrs down to 2 yrs old & the house worked well for us. Great layout, big kitchen & dining table, great bathroom to bedroom ratio & the short walk to the beach was perfect, even for 2yr old legs. Barb, the owner, replied quickly when we messaged her.
