This Beautiful home, located in the prime Eastward Look is the perfect place for your upcoming vacation! You are just a short distance to Scarborough State Beach! This popular neighborhood also includes a playground and tennis courts, perfect for the kiddos! The Block Island Ferry is just a couple of miles away, the perfect place for a day trip!

This home is professorially managed by Narragansett Properties. We are happy to assist guests as needed.

Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!

This split level raised ranch provides you with high end space and comfort! Upstairs you will find open concept living, three bedrooms and one & a half bathrooms down the hall. Downstairs also has bonus living space. You will find another living room, dining area, and kitchenette plus three bedrooms and a bathroom on that level. For those who love relaxing outdoors, the spacious deck and outdoor seating area is the perfect place for a BBQ after a long day at the beach or exploring many of Narragansett's famous attractions!

Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will be delivered to your rental's doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens.

For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.

Great spot for a RI beach vacation

Spacious house; close (driving) to the beach; tennis courts and basketball court around the corner; property great for entertaining friends and family; outdoor shower ideal for getting beach sand off before entering the house; AC is nice, but too bad there is no AC on the lower level; cookware (pots, pans, utensils, cooking and prep accessories) could use a serious upgrade and/or additions

Property managers were very reaponsive. House was laid out well and stocked with anything we needed. We loved spending time on the deck. We could walk to the beach but wish is had been a little closer. Park was very close.

Great house for a large group

We stayed at Carly's property for a long weekend with 8 adults and 6 children under 2. The house was the perfect size and we never felt like we were on top of each other. More spacious then the pictures show. Completely renovated with a fully stocked kitchen. The large deck was the perfect gathering spot for all of us at night and the yard was great for the kids. Short walk to the beach and a playground. My only suggestion would be to bring extra toilet paper with you, there was only 1 roll in each bathroom. We will definitely rent again!

Unfortunately the linens situation wasn’t great 1 bath 1 washcloth per person no hand towels no bath mats ( we would have brought) also bedspreads paper thin and NO blankets. A few days we rainy. My daughter actually ordered a blanket plenty of dishes glassware etc.

Perfect house for our family

The house was very clean upon arrival. Newly remodeled, spacious open living space on both levels of house, as well a 3 bedrooms on both levels. The kitchen had everything you needed. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well designed and spacious. There was also a great kitchenette on lower level with refrigerator and microwave, and sink. The yard was flat and big for yard games. There was beautiful shade in backyard in the afternoon and evening. Morning sun. Close to the beach, stores, and restaurants . Big waves at Scarborough beach, calmer water at Roger Wheeler. We’ve been vacationing in this area for 38 years, different houses along the way as the family grows. This year our family rented 5 houses total for our week in July, all within a mile or two. It’s always a great vacation and tons of memories! This house was a perfect fit for 12 adults and 2 toddlers. One note to mention, on vrbo it said house has 4 bathrooms, it in fact has 2.5 bathrooms, and and outside shower spicket.

Large Group Comfort

House was great for our extended family getaway at the beach. Each couple had their own comfortable room with queen size bed, each floor had a full bath, kitchen and living area. House was clean, modern and there was not one thing we looked for that they did not have. A/C on both levels was a plus! Property mgr and owner responsive. I would have liked the outdoor shower to be enclosed for use of a 3rd shower.

Great place for a getaway!

This house is so nice and spacious for a family gathering!(the pictures provided does not do its justice)There’s 2 living rooms in this house that is very big! The upstairs living room is such a good vibe to hang out with everyone as well as the downstairs. The only downside about this is that the downstairs doesn’t have AC so it can get very hot if it’s very crowded. But other than that this house is amazing! The back yard is nice and big for family games and the back porch is awesome for a nice kick back area during the morning and at night! & also for some reason the beds were very sandy in the upstairs rooms don’t know why but the bed sheets they gave us helped a lot. I recommend this house for anyone that’s planning a weekend getaway with friends or family, you will be satisfied and be left with great memories!

My family loved our stay! The house was very clean & nicely updated - also having the linens & towels included was very convenient! Walk to the beach is about 10-12 min (not bad if you have a beach cart). Management provided lots of extras too - beach cart & outdoor games.
