Great house for a family vacation. Walking distance to the beach and a park with tennis courts, basketball and a playground for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice deck out back.

Perfect for a large family

Excellent home! The kitchen was perfect and the walk in pantry kept it organized. Very clean and neat. We loved it so much we booked it for summer 2025 before we left!

Family Vacation 2023

We booked this house for our yearly family vacation. House was plenty big enough for our brood. Walking distance to the beach. House had everything we needed. View from rooftop deck was beautiful especially at sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach vacation

We had a great experience. The host was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My family of 10 adults and 2 children and a 2 month old fit comfortable. We will definitely rent this house again. Thank you 😊

Wonderful House

Great neighborhood for bike riding. Short walk to beach and nearby playground. Flat backyard for playing. Rooftop deck excellent for fireworks watching. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, bowls and plastic containers for leftovers. Had sugar, flour, spices too! Pleasant living room area enough for 8 adults, 4 children (12,9,7,1).

Lovely beach house

Great location - the whole family can walk to the beach in about five minutes. The basement is stocked with wagons, chairs, boogey boards, and other beach essentials. The house was clean enough for our three- and two-year-olds who spend their time on the floor, and accessible enough for my older parents. This house would have everything if it provided linens!

Hope Lane house

We stayed at Hope Lane in July 2024. The house itself was very clean and beautiful. Everything was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and even the beach stuff! Our family loved the spaciousness of the rooms, the outside deck and especially the bonus rooftop deck with an ocean view! Walking 5 minutes to the beach was a breeze! Our grandchildren still ask if they can go back to the beach house! Great place! Great owners!

Nicole’s property in Eastward Look is absolutely terrific for families. We were able to walk with the kids (or bike) to the beach daily, though we preferred to drive to gain access to the pavilions at Scarborough Beach. Nicole was extremely responsive throughout our stay! We had extra bedrooms to spare because the kids all wanted to sleep in one room, which meant overflow spaces with the 6 bedrooms which was great. All the bedrooms are very large and well appointed. Two of four the upstairs bedrooms have views of the water. There are 2 full bathrooms (one up, one down), both with tub/showers if your kids are still requiring a bath. The laundry is in the basement, and the washer and drier are new and worked well for our 10 family members staying there. There was some water in the basement related to rain storms, but Nicole is doing everything she can to mitigate including humidifiers, and this is not in the area of the washer/drier. There is a nice outdoor shower that was the kids favorite and helped us keep the place cleaner after the beach every day. The rooftop deck offers panoramic, lovely views of the coastline and could accommodate our whole crew. Overall location, communication with the host, and size of the home were just what we needed for a wonderful week!

Our four-generation family enjoyed this wonderful place! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Lots of hangers in the closets and plenty of storage space for clothes - so nice! Upstairs deck is nice for early morning coffee and evening sunset viewing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

This home was perfect for our group. 6 bedrooms with all brand new beds Everyone slept amazingly!! Super comfortable and the home was so comfortable and spacious. Both indoor and outdoor tables sat 8 people, nice grill and the roof top deck was beautiful to have morning coffee and we saw some amazing sunsets!!! The walk to the beach was quick ( I recommend using a wagon). Super easy walk, the host has multiple beach chairs, Most importantly the hosts were both so nice and welcoming and top 10 with communication!!! Thank you Nicole and Dan!!!! Looking forward to next year!!!

Fun family vacation close to ocean

We had a great time at this house. The location was excellent, friendly neighbors. Easy walk to ocean and easy commute to stores if need anything. Spacious rooms and it was nice having two bathrooms. The A/C was a plus and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The deck was the perfect spot to have morning coffee and was watch sunrise. We would stay here again!

Great house for a family trip

We stayed here with some extended family and our three kids (all under 4 years old) and were very pleased with the house and the neighborhood. There was ample space for everyone and the A/C kept the house comfortably cool even through 90 degree weather. We visited multiple beaches and found the outdoor shower very handy. The upper deck gives a beautiful of the ocean and we enjoyed sitting up there on a clear night and watching the stars. I would definitely recommend this home for a large family seeking a relaxing beach vacation.

Great Family Vacation

My family rented the house for a week at the end of summer 2021 and it was the perfect spot to have a relaxing and fun week at the beach. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops, restaurants and other activities. The house is large and well maintained, great for a large group. The top deck is a great bonus space to have to hang out. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week!

My family really enjoyed staying here, there was plenty of room for us, it was comfortable & has a great layout for everyone coming together in the main living area! Location was ideal, and the view from the upper deck was fantastic!
