Great place for a getaway

My family and I enjoyed the property which gave us just enough space. We initially thought the pool was too small but it was just right and the walk to the beach was not long at all. We would definitely book again!

Marvelous Miramar Beach Property

Perfect vacation home for our family. Accommodated the 14 (7 adults/7kids) of us with plenty of room to spare. Great location! Just a few feet away from the private beach. Would definitely recommend giving it a go!

Beautiful house with lots of Amenities

It is a perfect vacation house. Had loads of fun at house and around snorkeling, playing at beach. Made lots of memories. House was clean, equipped with all the necessary items. It’s just steps away from the beach.

WIKI in the TIKI

Really enjoyed the stay,but need to be clean better it had dog hair all over the place and also the 3rd floor bed was not changed, overall stay was great the place is very close to everything. The light in the pool would not work.

Awesome Property

We loved this property. So close to the beach. I loved that we did not have to cross any busy roads to get to the beach. Parking was plenty for our 4 cars. House had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of room for 12 of us. Everything was clean and so nice. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great beach getaway

We absolutely loved the house and the proximity to the beach. The pool was smaller than I expected, but in reality it was all that we needed. The online pictures make the property look much more open, when in fact the outdoor area is very small. The kitchen was not well stocked with basic necessities such as baking utensils etc. However it was a great place to stay and I would recommend to friends.

family vacation

Our overall experience was great. I would suggest, however, with 18 people using the house, I would like to have seen pool service on a regular schedule. A cleaning and chemical testing should be scheduled at least every other day. Also, I would suggest purchasing a new clothes dryer or at least a service call. It took 2-3 cycles to dry clothes and/or towels. Thank you for the quick response each time I reached out to you for any issues. Hoping we can come back next year.

Relaxing and enjoying stay

My guess the people before us did not report issues with the property but maintenance quickly took care of the issues. Very nice home close to the beach. I did not like the fact that when we rented the house in January it said it had 4 bikes but they removed them as a plus with the rental. That is why I gave them 4 stars because you should not change features after the fact.

It was an awful experience

The adults under 25 were evicted before the adults over 25 got there. Same day, it was absolutely ridiculous. It was pure theft on there part.

Thank you for your review. Our site and rental agreement which was signed reads our policy very clearly. Parents must accompany their children under the age of twenty-five at all times. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all funds paid. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.141, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed.

Thanksgiving family vacation

Loved everything about the house except the grills and no outside seating by bar area or on any of the 3 patios. The sludge in the grills made them not usable. Even with that we would still stay here again.
