New smart TVs, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Only 6.6 miles from Anna Maria Island Bradenton beach and 2 miles from IMG Academy. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

The pool was perfect, the kids loved it. I especially enjoyed that it was heated since the ocean was way too cold for swimming. Property was very clean and up to date. Id definitely stay here again.

This house was in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants. However it was 6 miles from the beach and it took 50 minutes to get there and even longer to return. Suggest you use the alternate bridge to get to the beach. Anna Maria Island is very congested!

The house is super clean in a really quite area close to the beaches and supermarkets. The owner answered always immediately and is very kind. We recommend the house and will definitely come back.
