Lake access, winery’s close, movie theater room, bar, shuffle board table, pool table, Sauna, Hot tub, gas fire place, beautiful sunsets with weather permitting, and so much more! Community has a boat dock and boat rentals are available around the area. We also protect deer so don’t be surprised when you are having your morning coffee or tea on the deck and see them walking through the yard. Beautiful views off the beaten path. Looking for a get a way? This is the spot for you. Great for corporate stays, families, couples, and/or people looking for serenity. 1.1 hr from Charlotte, 45 mins from Winston Salem and High Point! Close to several wineries and boat rentals. Lake access! BYOB for the bar. Neighborhood also has walking trails and a community pool that is open seasonally. Boat slip is available for no additional fee.
