NO CAR NEEDED! TWO MASTER SUITES! Modern home within walking distance to Beach, Bay, Historic Bridge Street, pier, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, fishing, water sports, this location has it all! You will absolutely love the convenience here! Enjoy our beautiful beaches, watch sunsets and sunrises from your balconies or enjoying the heated pool. We are the second house from the beach 50 yards and your toes will be in the sand. Clean quiet street but close enough to walk anywhere.

The space
The house is a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2 master bedroom suites each having a private full bathroom, double sinks, granite counters, tiled walk in shower with glass doors, and walk in closet. Third bedroom has 2 single beds and shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom that has bunk beds. Jack&Jill bathroom also has double sinks, granite counters, tub/shower combination, beautiful tile with that beachy feel.
Our unit is spacious, clean, bright with an open concept. The kitchen has granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all your cooking needs. Full size refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room has plenty of seating, flat screen TV and a queen pullout sofa bed. The walk-out balcony off living room has beach and bay views. Elevator to all floors, 2 car garage, private washer and dryer in the unit. The PRIVATE pool is heated with full covered patio, table, chairs, gas grill, flat screen TV.Ping Pong table
We supply all linens, bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 10 beach chairs, 10 beach towels.
We also own the adjoining house that has the same floor plan and is also available to rent. Double your space for the family get together's.
Come and enjoy our house and see what our area has to offer. Gulf breezes and salt air are awaiting... thanks for looking at our "happy place".

This is our fourth girl’s trip to Anna Maria Island. This house was amazing. We watched sunrise and sunset from our balcony. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Thank goodness for the elevator, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. Awesome trip!!

The property was spacious and clean, with a fantastic open concept on the third floor and a great pool area, both of which encouraged socializing. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. If I ever go back to this area I will absolutely try to get into this property again.

Our family had a wonderful time and the location of the house was fantastic. Look to your right and see the sunrise and to the left is the beach and sunset! The house was very clean and was equipped with all the kitchen necessities we needed. Adam (host) is very responsive should anything come up during your stay. We would definitely book the property again.

Anna Maria Family Trip 2023

I chose this place because of it's closeness to the beach, Bridge St. and that it had a pool which was perfect for the kids after all day excursions. Plenty of space for all 9 of us, it was clean and comfortable. The beautiful beach is across the street, and walking distance to Bridge St. with all the stores and restaurants was awesome. We will definitely come back next year thank you!

Perfect location. Steps to the beach and town. Beautiful view of the gulf and the bay from the front porch. Home was comfortably furnished and kitchen was adequately supplied. Our family rented both sides of this house for my mother's birthday. The location was perfect. We were steps from the beach..backyard pool, a grill and a nice supply of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We did a-lot of cooking and kitchen was great for prepping meals for our group...only wish the kitchen were on the main level vs. top floor. The host Adam was beyond responsive and helpful. Would def stay again!

We had a nice stay. 4 adults and 4 kids fit perfect. The location to the beach is great and within walking distance of bridge street shopping area. Quite a few bars and restaurants very close to the house. The pool is small but perfect for the 4 kids while we hung out under the covered deck. The location is a big driver for this house. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly on the 1 issue we had. Would def recommend.

Location is everything!

As longtime travelers to Sanibel, we thought we’d never find a place we liked as much. There were so many advantages to staying at this home. We never had to load the kids in the car to go anywhere, as we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The young adults loved the party atmosphere just a few blocks away, yet In spite of the proximity to the bars, the house was quiet always. The kids loved swimming in the the pool and felt confident because of the manageable size. Great restaurants on the beach as well as near the home. We would stay again! Did I mention put put for the kids? ALL walkable.

College friends and families 20th trip reunion

Fantastic stay in this home on AMI! Literally steps to the beach and bayside with everything you could want in a beach home. Host super helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. In fact, assisted with letting us know about the house having an exact duplicate house attached that we could rent for our large group. Kitchen/family room area large and open with a stocked kitchen. Little extras like beach towels and chairs for guest is very helpful and nice when you have people flying. Highly recommend this home. We only left footprints in the sand, but took away wonderful memories! Note: If you have anyone with physical limitations, the elevator is a very nice addition in the home that typically you only find in a hotel.
