Farmhouse Montecchio Attic

Montecchio is an elegant Tuscan farmhouse located on the highest hill overlooking the valley of Saturnia. This prime location offers an extraordinary panorama.
The farm was built in the late 800 by Count Piccolomini (owner at the time of the castle of Triana and thousands of hectares of land in the area) for its factor, the shape of the house is in a horseshoe, originally the ground floor there were the stables, the shelter of the tractors and the barn and the house upstairs. The house has been completely restored maintaining the typical building characteristics.
The farm has five apartments in the main structure, they are completely independent, with its own private living room and kitchen.
Our customers can rent a 'apartment from 2 to 4 people, if it's a group of friends can rent the whole house, for up to 14 people.
The farm has 45 hectares divided into woodland, pasture-land, pine forest and olive groves, from which we produce our oil. The surrounding park is composed mainly of pine and olive trees. It 'an opportunity for a walk in a pristine environment.

The apartment Attic is the most intimate of our apartments, ideal for a couple who wants to make a getaway.
It is located on two levels, the ground floor has a kitchen and a private garden that overlooks the pool, upstairs there is the master bedroom with bathroom.
