So you don’t have to rush off to the store upon arrival, we provide a few things to get you started, such as:
• a couple of coffee k-cups
• a few sweetener packets
• 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom
• liquid hand soap in kitchen, and both bathrooms
• small bottle of dish soap
• 2 dishwasher tablets
• 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
• 4 kitchen trash bags
• small bottle of laundry detergent
• Kleenex in master bath

You also have access to our 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 bag chairs and 4 beach towels to use at the beach or pool. Pool noodle/rafts are for pool use only.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out upon request and as available.
*Any reservation longer than one week will have a mandatory mid-stay housekeeping (or weekly housekeeping if two weeks or more) which will be added as an additional charge prior to the reservation being accepted. $150 per cleaning.
This is our second home and was not furnished/set up with children in mind, so no small children please.
Single car garage is not available for parking unless prearranged. Any vehicle must be parked in driveway directly in front of the garage door or in overflow parking.
No RV, trailer or work/passenger van parking allowed in the complex. Reservations run from Saturday to Saturday unless previously approved by owner via reservation inquiry prior to reservation requests.must be approved prior to booking.
