"Ooh-La-La" is what you will say when you enter this unique beach home decorated with a fun-loving beachy style. Ooh La La is a recently renovated home with a just renovated kitchen and all bathrooms throughout. This home has a prime Seaside location and offers more than three outdoor living areas plus a tower; this home lives large! At the front of the home you are welcomed by an open-air porch with Adirondack seating that overlooks a lush side yard, this is a perfect morning coffee spot. Step inside and the fun beachy living room is to your left with plenty of seating for all; two sofas, two club chairs, and a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for moving nights in. (There is a queen sleeper sofa for two.) Across from the living is the just renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, and quartzite counters. This open kitchen has bar seating for four and an adjacent dining area. The dining area has built-in bench seating and comfortably seats 6 - 8. Off the rear of the kitchen is a true gem, the door to the expansive rear deck features outdoor dining and additional Adirondack seating for four. This rear, fenced yard, and outdoor dining area has a charcoal grill and is the perfect outdoor living space for dining al Fresco. There is a full bathroom in the foyer between the living and kitchen with a single vanity and shower only.

The second floor features three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a king primary with an ensuite bathroom. This king has a mounted flat screen TV, ample storage & closet. The ensuite renovated bath has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom down the hall has a bunk bed with access to the open-air porch and a shared jack and jill bath with the third bedroom, a king. The renovated shared bath has a single vanity and a tub & shower combination. The third bedroom, a king, features porch access, plenty of space & storage, and a flat-screen mounted TV. The open-air shared porch is a popular hang-out with bright Adirondack fun seating with town views. A perfect spot for an evening nightcap or to escape with a good book.

On the way to the tower, is a third-floor loft area with a daybed with a trundle to sleep two more and a flat-screen TV. There is a ship's ladder that leads to the fourth-floor tower access that has interior seating for four surrounded by a wall of windows and incredible town & gulf views. There are double doors that open to a Juliette balcony with some of the most stunning Seaside town and gulf views, as well as incredible sunsets over the Gulf.

This cottage is decorated top to bottom with Southern beachy charm with a mix of modern touches, not to mention the gorgeous views of the town and the Gulf. The backyard also offers an enclosed outdoor shower grill as well as a large charcoal grill.

* This home is for rent in Spring and Summer only. 5 night minimum for Spring & Summer. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

Lovely Stay!

We had the best time staying at this rental. The location was so walkable to downtown seaside and the beach. The house was so cute and my toddler loved playing in the backyard area. At one point the AC upstairs went out and within 2 hours of notifying the management company it was fixed. Very impressed and highly recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay over Memorial Day week 2022. We have previously stayed at Seaside a number of times so we have a good basis for comparison. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed. Newly renovated, cleanest, up-to-date. Great attention to detail, marvelous artwork throughout, a 5 star first class residence. Everything worked properly, could not find a thing to complain about except the gardenias were a little slow to bloom (have to work on that!). Could use a few more blankets and different pillows for those of us who were very sensitive. Back patio was wonderful, OK grill, landscaping excellent, though some outdoor cushions would be great. Outdoor shower very useful with a spray hose that became indispensable. Kitchen well stocked with cooking stuff. My wife is a designer and we are well versed in decor....this property was professionally done and easy to live in. WiFi a bit weak but manageable. Great A/C and hot water availability. Appliances good, but could use better ventilation above the range (microwave vent is poor and bacon can set off smoke alarms). Overall extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again. FYI, Seaside pricing is now over-the-top, all properties and restaurants are way too proud of their food and services. Quality good, service good, pricing sometimes laughable and we are used to Ritz-Carlton type environments. Expect $500-1000/day for food family of 4.

Lovely Socially Distanced Seaside getaway to Ooh La La

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is truly lovely - spacious with lots of natural light and a great back patio. It is located very close to the West End Pool, which was being cleaned every morning while we were there and occupancy limits were being enforced by a representative. It is also a very close stroll to the beach using the West Ruskin Pavilion Gate. Likewise, close to the Seaside center where several food trucks were set up for online ordering to allow for quick pick up to avoid lingering in the crowds of mask-less revelers, of which there were many (I am writing this at the height of Florida's COVID-19 outbreak). We had a couple of issues when we first checked in, such as the incorrect wi-fi password and two difference incorrect passcodes to enter through the West Ruskin pavilion to access the beach, but we were able to contact the property management company quickly and they were friendly and responsive. My only critique is that the home was not as clean as I would have liked when we arrived, especially considering that a special COVID-19 "deep clean" was to have taken place. There were fingerprints from the prior occupants *everywhere* and lots of food stains (I am assuming) in the kitchen! So after a 5.5 hour drive we had to spend our first hour upon arrival doing our own deep clean before settling in to relax. But once we settled in, everything was lovely and we enjoyed this getaway immensely. We would absolutely stay in Ooh La La again - I would just request a deeper clean for my next visit.
