Overall an amazing property for our 8 guests and 2 dogs! The house has all the essentials! Great fenced in play yard for the dogs. Beautiful, sandy beach to have a fire or to push off in the kayaks! Super quiet neighborhood with dozens of deer just sleeping in the yards. Would definitely stay again. Amazing views and sunsets!

Bridlewood Cove

Had 8 adults and 8 grandkids. Wonderful treat for family “get together”. House was clean and accommodating. Only recommendation is do add a shuffleboard table in the game room.

Great Place

We rented this property with extended family for a long weekend and had a blast. Everything was clean and nice. The teen girls loved the apartment over the garage and the kids all loved the beach. Only negative was comfort of master bed.

Great property, a few comments

The house is great – luxurious, clean, has everything you need, great location. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking. I was a little put off by the cameras I spotted, and having to verbally consent to a list of rules before arriving. I understand that not everyone is respectful of the property, but I don't need to be treated like a college student either. I also don't like knowing that I'm being monitored and watched. It's invasive and takes away from some of the vacation atmosphere. It was also a little frustrating to have to download an app just to find the info on the house, house rules and info etc. Why not just print out a book like everyone else? I would also recommend getting a ladder for the dock. The house itself and location made up for these negative aspects, but I wanted to address them nonetheless.

Hey Jess. Thank you for your honest feedback. The cameras on the property are not to monitor guests but rather monitor parking and docks. As you noted, not every guest respects the contract (or even reads it) which is why we do a verbal confirmation of some of the biggest issues we've run into. A lot of our guests compliment the ease of the app and the additional information it provides; your feedback on this is noted though and we will look at alternative options to share information.
