This single level home with vaulted ceilings is a perfect getaway in Sunriver! OR.

Relax in the comfortable living room and enjoy the ambiance of the crackling fire in the wood burning fireplace. The 3.1 Soundbar provides great sound while you watch your favorite movie. From the living room, there is a sliding door access to the spacious trex deck where you can relax on the comfy patio furniture while enjoying the beautiful natural setting Sunriver provides. While out on the deck, be sure to grill up one of your mealtime favorites on the gas BBQ.


The open kitchen layout allows the chef of the group to be part of the family action while still cooking a family's favorite meal.


The Master bedroom is equipped with a King bed and a stunning private bath with beautiful double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle, providing 3 twin sleeping spaces. Perfect for the kids! Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing in bed.

Enjoy the ping pong table and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade Machine for a little competitive fun.

You don't have to worry about the summer heat as this home has A/C for your comfort.

Need to work on your vacation? Not a problem. This home is perfect for those who work remotely with its SUPER FAST, upgraded internet speeds. Consider it an "office in paradise".

There are 6 bikes included, 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 scooters to explore over 30+3 miles of paved paths throughout Sunriver. After a long bike ride, be sure to enjoy a nice soak in the private hot tube while enjoying the beautiful unfiltered night sky.

There is a spacious laundry area with a washer and dryer and cabinet storage.


There are 8 SHARC Passes in the home providing access to the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and the Sunriver Marina. Your vacation will be filled with activities and much needed relaxation.

Beautiful home- great stay

We had a wonderful time, the hot tub was especially fun! It was a real treat to stay in this house with all the games and puzzles we could ask for!

family vacation

This was our first time traveling to sun river. It was perfect! The house was perfect! we loved everything about the area and house. My boys asked to come back next year and stay in the same house.

This is a wonderful house with everything you can ever need inside. We loved the deck and hot tub. The only reason I gave 4 stars to this house is the location, it is right beside Sunriver utility site, so from time to time there it was noisy and also sometimes when the wind blew in our direction there was an unpleasant smell. When I was getting the house on vrbo on the map there was no indication of this facility. I saw it afterward on google maps. My mistake, I didn't check earlier. Otherwise great house. Thank you to the host.

Great Family Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. It's location on a very quiet street was ideal. The biggest plus was for our two kids - we've stayed in 15+ places over the years and I've never seen a house this stocked with toys, games, etc. Our kids had a ball and didn't want to leave the house!

Sunriver Summer 2023

We loved the house, and it had everything we could possibly need during our stay, including a multitude of bikes, movies, games, and video games. We have 2 teenagers and a 4 year old, and there was more than enough to keep everyone happily occupied. We did a fair amount of cooking at the house, and they had every conceivable item we would need, including a very nice gas grill. We really appreciated the obvious care that the hosts put into this property, and we would absolutely stay there again.
