Located in the exclusive Broken Top Club, Villa #5 is a convenient, yet luxurious, location on Bend's Westside. This two-bedroom condo features two King Master Bedrooms, a hot tub on the large deck and a gas fireplace. Villa #5 is only minutes from shopping and dining in both Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, as well as Century Drive, which is the local, two-lane highway that takes you directly to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort!

Villa #5 is perfect for one or two couples who want a quiet, yet refined, getaway to Bend!

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.
STR guests staying in Broken Top, DO NOT have privileges to use the pool, pickleball ball courts, workout facilities in the clubhouse, dine in the club, or golf.

Wonderful Stay at Broken Top

This villa unit was very clean and comfortable. Great deck and hot tub, great location - close to skiing and close to dining. Great dog walks and play area just across the street. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and had most everything we needed. Broken Top is a great community, central to everything. We loved the dual on suite set up of this condo, hot tub, golf course view and good parking.

Super spacious and had everything we needed! We did have some problems with the hot tub (it wasn't full when we arrived), but we were able to fill it and get it going.

All-in-all, the property was pretty much as advertised. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, well-stocked kitchen, and good size bathrooms that are a little outdated, but not bad. A couple of things that needed to be better are that the hot tub was low on water (but functional), the bathroom linens were not of the quality that matches the rest of the unit…need upgrading, and the Greese tray in the outdoor grill definitely needs cleaning. Other than these minor things, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Needs Improvement

The house is really starting to show wear and age. The microwave handle was broken and the ice maker on the fridge did not work. The pillows on the couch and bed need refreshing and the beds are not really comfortable and have major sagging in the parts. Walls needed a new fresh coat of paint too. But perhaps the most concerning part of our stay was during our second night. I woke up at around 440 am to find a complete stranger was in our hot tub. I contacted Arrived and explained to them about the broken fixtures and the stranger in the hot tub and was informed that management would contact me to discuss further. Two days later we are checked out and I have not received a call from management. It creeped us out thinking how many times has this happened before? Needless to say, the no contact from management was a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this rental until updates to the house are made and because company shows no concern about the issues I have stated here by reaching out,

LOVE this unit RIGHT ON the golf course!

A few light bulbs were out and the hot tub control panel definitely needs to be replaced but other than that we can't wait to come back! So much so that we wanted to purchase the villa next door!

Fantastic experience!

I stayed at this property with friends for a weekend in Bend, and we had the best time. Check-in was easy, they were even able to accommodate an earlier check-in time with the request that came in last minute. The property was clean and secure and overall very pleasant.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location in between Mt. Bachelor and downtown Bend. The condo was very comfortable. The beds were great. The kitchen was stocked with everything. Only thing not working was the fireplace. But the hot tub, with the golf course view was great. The place felt like a home.
