Enjoy cozy comfort while reading or watching TV by the gas fireplaces in the living room and kitchen. Our open kitchen and dining area is ideal for entertaining family and friends with back deck desert views. Our kitchen is great for cooking with upper end appliances and most everything you'll need to prepare and serve your meals with.

Our game room comes complete with a large TV, foos ball table, shuffleboard table, dart board and Xbox Kinetic system. You'll never run out of entertainment here. Our back deck has a hot tub with a privacy wall.

Sunriver has great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Sunriver Village has great specialities shops, restaurants and entertainment year round. The Sunriver aquatic center, SHARC, is open year round as well featuring indoor and outdoor swimming adventures the whole family will enjoy. Outdoor activities are endless with 3 beautiful championship golf courses, 30 miles of amazingly maintained paved walking/bicycling paths, 29 tennis courts, raft, canoe or fish the Sun River, horseback riding, playground and sports field. Endless!!

Sunriver is 15 miles from Mt Bachelor, a major ski destination for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The town of Bend is only 15 miles away as well featuring many wonderful restaurants, outlet and specialty shopping and entertainment experiences.

Wonderful Sun River Home

Beautiful home located in sun river. Host was very kind and responsive, and the house worked out great for a friends trip. Home was clean, well stocked, and was perfect for our group of 8 people. Would absolutely stay here again.

Kate (the owner) was so nice to communicate with and we appreciated her getting back to us promptly! This home was so well stocked and very clean! Our family made many memories enjoying the game room and ping pong table. We highly recommend this home and are hoping to return someday!

Wonderful Sunriver Home

We had a fantastic stay here. It was spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication with the host. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Highly recommend this home!

Great weekend getaway.

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend trip. The house was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and spending time outdoors. We saw several deer, along with a family of raccoons from the back porch as well. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

A New Favorite!

We have stayed in SunRiver many times over the last 20 years, and this house is the cleanest we've ever stayed in! The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes and things we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner, the main floor layout gave us space to spread out and read, watch TV, etc., and we loved playing shuffleboard and foosball. The owner is kind and both check-in and check-out are a breeze. This home is definitely on the list of favorites and highly recommended!

False Advertising - NO pool, NOT family friendly

The house is nice and big and our issues were not with the house or location but with the owner. The listing had advertised a pool. When I heard from the owner about the check in she did not mention a pool so I asked her directly about it. She responded very coldly and said something along the lines of there are pools around, but the rental did not include any pool access. I contacted VRBO and they were very helpful and understanding. The next day we were given 8 one-day passes for SHARC. (The owner acted like this was out of the kindness of her heart, but ultimately it was because I complained to VRBO.) The stay was fine, no issues, but a few days after I received a nasty text from the owner saying that her house had never been left so filthy. Which is just a lie. I have rented many houses before and always have received good reviews from owners. We meticulously did everything on the check out list and put everything back where we found it. Her main issue was that there were finger prints on the sliding glass door and that was unacceptable. She advertised the home as family friendly and I was upfront about the ages of our kids (9,6,4,2) when I booked. I’m shocked that children’s fingerprints on a window would warrant a house being described as filthy. Ultimately, a beautiful property but with an owner I would never rent from again.

Cozy and Fun Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great family trip! We cooked TG dinner in the very well-stocked kitchen, conversed by the cozy fireplaces (nice not to have to worry about bringing/chopping wood), played darts, shuffleboard, and foosball in the game room, and relaxed in the jacuzzi. Easy check-in and no issues at all during our stay. The backyard view is beautiful and we even got to see some deer walking by. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Shuffle board table

It’s like that Toby Keith song “as good as I once was”. We stayed here a few years ago and had a great time. This last time was not the same. Needs an update and some TLC maintenance in a lot of areas.

Wonderful and spacious home with attention to decor. High end appliances, furniture, gas fireplaces, and wonderful beds in all bedrooms. Three bathrooms makes it a fabulous group gathering. Will return many times to this terrific rental which feels like home!

Getaway

The owner was extremely helpful and even allowed us a late checkout-making life so much mor convenient. The kitchen was filled with utensils and other important essential ingredients we had forgotten. The home is very peaceful set in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the wooded backdrop. Plenty of animal life finished the feeling of serenity and calm. One drawback is the lack of modern electronics or access to streaming on the televisions. The kitchen faucet was difficult to operate and achieving hot or cold water was a task due to its poor functionality; sometimes the handle falling forward and shutting off water completely. Overall, a wonderful home with deceptive roominess-more than appears at first glance. Great separation of space as well. In spite of some lack of updates and a repair, our time in this home was pleasant and would recommend to others.

THANKSGIVING - Covid Times!

This is our 2nd time at this property and we absolutely love it! The layout and size of the home is perfect for 2 families. The 2 living spaces allow for Christmas movie watching in one area and non-stop football in the other :). The location is quiet and lovely. Everything about this home is awesome. We will be back next year! Cheers to 2021!

The place was simply amazing. The backyard is never-ending as the property sits at the edge of Sunriver. Close to stores and super close to Bend. The inside is also great. Large beautiful kitchen, play room with games, two fire places. Highly recommend.

Better than advertised

We return to Sunriver about once a year and this rental was perfect for relaxing after busy days hiking and biking. Plenty of entertainment space, games, decks, hot tub, etc. We had deer walk through the yard about once a day and it was nice having no neighbors behind the house, just forest. We stayed for a week and the owner was always responsive to any small questions we had. We will be back.

Beautiful Home!

Kate is awesome and very helpful. We had our adult children with us and we had numerous ping pong, fuzzball, and shuffleboard tournaments. Would have loved to stay longer, so next time. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bbq is large to accommodate meat and veggies. Beds and linens were nice.

Perfect place to experience Sunriver!

This was a perfect place for our family of six to stay for a few days over Thanksgiving, and also the perfect place to host a second family for Thanksgiving dinner. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Kate was a very responsive and helpful host. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous rental for three couples on a 3 day get-a-way. Lots to see and do in the area, but who wants to leave such luxury! Wonderful sofas, terrific dining accommodations, and a game room to write home about
