Charming house with beautiful garden with trees

Charming house in one of the most typical hamlets of the island of Oléron. It is located in a dead end without any passage, therefore very quiet. Close to the beach (900 m).
The pretty, fully enclosed tree-lined garden (520 m2), not overlooked, will allow you to have a pleasant lunch in the shade, to relax in the sunbathing areas. If you have children, they can safely play around.
Tastefully decorated, and with every comfort.
Large bright living room (living room, dining room, open kitchen)
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet
1.5 km from the Port de la Cotinière and its shops, 4 km from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron ("Capital" of the island).
Cycling paths nearby will allow you to criss-cross the island by bike.

We call on a Concierge service (Coup2mains Agency in Saint-Pierre d'Oléron) who will welcome you.
Optional rental of bed and bathroom linen. The Concierge can take care of cleaning if you leave (count a cleaning fee of € 100 for the house).
It offers a whole range of optional services such as baby sitting, running, meal preparation, etc.

We hebben genoten in dit sfeervolle huis met prachtige grote tuin in een klein en rustig dorpje. Met de fiets ben je binnen 10 minuten bij een strand of de supermarkt. Of je fiets iets verder naar nog meer prachtige grote en rustige stranden. Sowieso is fietsen een aanrader op het eiland zo ontwijk je de drukte op de weg in augustus! Het huis is super, de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Woonkamer is erg gezellig met een grote eettafel en een zithoek. Boven 3 slaapkamers met goede bedden en een grote, schone badkamer. Wij hebben 2 weken genoten, vooral door het mooie weer veel in de grote tuin met schaduw van grote bomen gezeten. Wij komen graag terug, een absolute aanrader deze plek.

Wir haben bereits zum 2. Mal eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist so liebevoll gestaltet, es gibt alles im Haus, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wie beim letzten Mal haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der große Garten mit vielen schattigen Plätzchen gefällt uns gut. Für die Wege zum Bäcker und zu den herrlichen Stränden braucht man Fahrräder oder ein Auto, in der Vorsaison gab es nirgends Probleme mit Parkplätzen. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Glücksort!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei Wochen lang eine unvergessliche Zeit. Es hat alles gestimmt. Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, der Garten und das Wetter. Mit den Fahrrädern sind wir zu Stränden und in Orte gefahren. Das Auto haben wir fast nie benutzt. Vor der Tür war ein kleiner Stellplatz an der Mauer. Die Bilder in der Anzeige müssten überholt werden. Das Haus ist noch hübscher und gemütlicher als auf den Fotos. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!

Zauberhaftes Haus auf der Insel

Dieses Haus ist wirklich außergewöhlich. Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab diverse Lebensmittel, die man nutzen durfte, wie Öl, Salz und Zucker außerdem konnte man die vorhanden Kräuter benutzen. Im Badezimmer gab es sogar ein Set mit Pflaster und den wichtigsten Medikamenten. Unsere Teenager Kinder haben sich darüber gefreut, dass man mit dem Fernseher Netflix sehen konnte. Im wunderschönen Garten konnten wir entspannt frühstücken. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr romatisch mit der kleinen Mauer aus Natursteinen. Man muss allerdings beachten, dass die beiden größeren Betten nur 140 cm breit sind. Aber dies steht auch in der Beschreibung des Inserates. Mit den Rädern haben wir die ganze Insel erkundet. Man fährt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad nach Cotiniere. Cotiniere bietet alles was man braucht. Tolle Bäcker, Restaurants, Bars und kleine Läden zum Stöbern. Die Kommunikation mit Fabienne lief sehr gut. Sie reagiert sehr schnell. Auch der Concierge, der ums am Haus erwartet hat, war sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses charmante Haus nur empfehlen!

Schönes Haus mit Traumgarten

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage mit dem großen schön angelegten Garten fanden wir super. Die mittlere Lage auf der Insel ist sehr gut, um mit dem Fahrrad Touren zu starten oder an verschiedene Strände zu kommen. Die Orte La Cotinière und Saint-Pierre sind ca. 3 bis 4km entfernt.

Agréable maison MAIS

Agreable maison et joli jardin. MAIS : - plateau de douche bouché ( j’ai dû démonter la bonde) et pas net. - lavabo s.de bains bouché dès le troisième jour - freezer non dégivré Quand j’ai fait part de ces problèmes à la dame ( fort désagréable) qui faisait l’état des lieux de départ ( executé en 4 mns ), elle m’a dit “eh oui, c’est la fin de saison ! “(sic) Et elle a ajouté:”vous savez, j’ai encore 35 maisons à voir “ Donc problème important quant à la minutie de l’état des lieux à la sortie ce qui répercute sur la qualité du nettoyage.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus, etwas ausserhalb von St. Pierre d'Oléron

Gemütliches Haus auf dem Land in der Nähe vom Meer. Ruhige Umgebung. Ohne Auto nicht wirklich erreichbar. Im Ort selber gibt es keine Geschäfte. Parksituation leider unklar. Der Strand ist etwa 700 Meter entfernt und eignet sich nicht zum Schwimmen, Badestrände liegen etwas weiter entfernt, sind aber mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichbar.

Une semaine en famille

Charmante maison dans un hameau paisible, le jardin très grand est très agréable. Facile de rayonner en vélo et la proximité d un maraicher est pratique. La maison est bien équipée, il manquait juste un petit peu de place de rangement dans la chambre principale. Les places de parking sont comptées mais en discutant avec les voisins on s arrange facilement.

La Chefmalière

La maison est très agréable ainsi que le jardin. Une location fonctionnelle et assez spacieuse. Petit bémol pour le stationnement d'un véhicule. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté car ce n'était pas la pleine saison mais ce n'est pas toujours simple de trouver une place pour garer la voiture.

Tres jolie maison

Nous avions passé de tres bonnes vacances dans la maison de Fabienne, tres bien placee pour visiter l ile à velo,marcher jusqu'à la plage et se rendre au marche de st Pierre ,on s y sent bien des le seuil franchi.Fabienne est tres reactive et Corinne qui s occupe de la conciergerie, tres arrangeante. Bref,une bonne adresse ,à recommander.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad!

Fijn vakantie huis op mooie rustige locatie, grote tuin, huis gezellig ingericht. Alleen de keuken (vooral de vaatwasser) is aan vervanging toe.

Schönes Altbau-Maisonette-Reihenhaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Netter Kontakt für ein gemütliches Haus, einfache gut ausgestattete und praktische Küchenzeile, schöner Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit gutem WLAN und hochwertigem BT-Lautsprecher. 2. WC im Multifunktionsraum. Oben drei Schlafzimmer mit schönem Blick und bequemen Betten. Hinter dem Haus kleiner Fußweg und dann direkt sehr großer Garten mit Sitzmöbeln. Parksituation etwas unklar, Auto jedoch sehr hilfreich, da Bäckereien und auch schöne Strände (unser Favorit: Plage de Chaucre nordwestlich gelegen) ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf der Insel d‘Oleron!

Ein schönes Haus mit traumhaften Garten

Wir empfehlen dieses Haus, das in einem schönen alten Ort liegt. Besonders toll ist der Garten mit den Bäumen, die auch bei Hitze Schatten spenden. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll individuell eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, lediglich bei der Küche könnte eine Renovierung Verbesserung bringen. Wir konnten vom Haus aus mit unseren Fahrrädern die Insel erkunden und haben das Auto fast gar nicht gebraucht, was in der Hauptsaison auch besser ist, weil es sehr viel Stau gibt. Die Strände beim Haus sind bei Ebbe nicht nutzbar, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell bei weiteren Stränden. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war sehr gut und sehr hilfsbereit, auch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist sehr gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub und der schönen Insel und empfehlen Haus und Insel!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten, in dem man sich gerne aufhält. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Très agréable maison et bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et as tout le confort souhaité. Taille parfaite pour 4 peronnes. Nous avons apprécié le quartier calme. Toutefois, le parking peut devenir un problème en haute saison. Louez des vélos!

Très bon séjour . Bien équipée la maison est confortable et au calme. Un rideau pour la baie sur le chemin serait bienvenu pour plus d intimité.

Séjour en famille à Oléron

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin arboré est un vrai plus pour vous reposer, jouer ou déjeuner en famille. Le lieu est très calme et idéalement situé à proximité d'un maraîcher bio. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Vacances a Oléron

Services assez efficaces , Propriétaire , très sympathique , gentilles attentions , séjour réussie , Maison agréable et Jardin bien ombrager , petit Bémols emplacement pas si pratique que ça , pour la voiture ... mais bon hors saisons , ont finis par quasi , avoir sa place . pleine saison ? je ne peut pas dire , je ne connait pas .
