Family house, 6 people - 400m from the beach

Comfortable house on enclosed land, located in a quiet dead end, with direct access to the beach (less than 400m)

Living room with table, chairs, wardrobe, television, sofa and armchairs
Kitchen open to the living room, with dishwasher, gas stove, fridge / freezer and microwave.
The main room opens onto a terrace with blind.

Two bedrooms, each with a double bed. and a bedroom with 2 single beds. - two large closets, duvets and pillows. One of the bedrooms has an additional small TV

Bathroom with shower, sink and furniture (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner)
Separate WC

Garage to store equipment, washing machine. Parking space in front of the garage
Garden with terrace, table, chairs, barbecue and garden furniture
The house is also equipped with a high chair and a travel cot

Quiet area with supervised beach equipped with water sports (Towed buoy, Paddle, Kayaks ...) - in July and August
Close to La Grière shops - market on Tuesdays and Saturdays at La tranche sur mer. Free shuttle to the center in summer.

On request and reservation, additional paying services: sheets and cleaning upon departure.

vacances très reposante

maison de plein pied , très bien située , nous avons apprécié les très grandes promenades à la plage , le silence reposant , le centre ville , il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Les loisirs sont bien diversifiés aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. les propriétaires sont très attentionnés . très bon souvenir .

Problème d'électricité dans le logement : manipulations matin et soir sur le tableau électrique pour avoir de l'électricité . Bonne volonté des propriétaires mais problème non résolu. Zéro réaction du service client Abritel malgré 3 mails ! Ne bookerai plus par Abritel.

Effectivement nous avons remplacé des appareils, le jour même où vous nous avez signalé que le compteur disjonctait (la nuit). J’aurais mis un 5 sur 5 à votre place pour une telle réactivité ! L’électricien également très réactif n’a constaté aucun dysfonctionnement sur l'installation électrique de la maison, malgré 3 interventions La maison n’a jamais eu aucun problème électrique avant votre arrivée, et le compteur n’a plus disjoncté depuis votre départ Vous avez visiblement utilisé un appareil électrique qui occasionne des problèmes, j’en suis navrée

Schönes Haus, schöne Lage

Die Lage ist top, das Haus sehr schön aber das Mobiliar ist sehr alt, teils beschädigt und die Küche müsste erneuert werden. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt.
