We stayed at this property for 5 days while visiting Gainesville for a football game / vacation. The townhome was one block away from downtown Haile Plantation, which had a great coffee shop and restaurants. Haile Plantation is like the Stars Hallow of Gainesville. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The back patio has a wooded landscape buffer between the neighborhood that made the house feel secluded. The neighborhood was quiet and clean as well. The house is a few minutes away from Celebration Pointe where we were able to take a shuttle to the football stadium. It made traveling to and from the game extremely easy. The owner of the property was very friendly to speak with as well.

A really cute, clean place with everything you need. Perfect location to walk into the village and access restaurants and stores. Plus it’s very convenient to access main roads to Gainesville and places around. Claudia was great to communicate with. We loved our stay.

Graduation weekend was amazing staying at this beautiful, clean and comfortable property. Location is great, only 15-20 min from campus and right in the heart of Hail plantation with goodLocal restaurants and a fun Saturday farmers market a very short walk away. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in and out was seamless. Very highly recommended.

This house is the cutest. I was traveling alone for work for a month & this house was exactly what I needed. The amenities are perfect, the house is incredibly clean and everything was in working order. The area is amazing and the neighborhood and neighbors are welcoming and kind. The host is absolutely attentive and responsive. It’s the perfect place to stay.

Softball Weekend

Enjoyed our stay while attending a softball tournament in Newbury. This home was so adorable and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. Beds were very cozy and loved the local downtown and farmer's market. We would definitely stay there again.

Property was perfect for us. We were visiting elderly family nearby. Proximity to Haile Village is amazing - residence was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Relaxing stay

Loved the condo-- needed some tub repair while we were there so that was out of use for our trip. Not a problem as we had a 2nd bathroom. Would love to stay again.
