Perfect house for a large group. Our family of 9 stayed here for a football weekend, and the space was huge. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms/beds and the pool table, ping pong table, etc... made for a fun, enjoyable weekend. Convenient to the University (about a 10 minute drive) and grocery store, restaurants, within a mile. Would recommend and will definitely plan a future stay.

Great property, very spacious and close to everything. It was a great spacious house with plenty of room for our large group and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Will be staying here again when I’m back in town.

The view from the street is ok but once you open the front door you’ll be amazed at the space. It’s modestly decorated but so roomy, comfortable and clean. Awesome for a family or group trip.

Great place for a large family group - we had 11 of us from age 83 to age 10! Huge place with lots of bedrooms and community areas. Tons of activities at the house for us to do - ping pong, pool, etc - and great places to hang out together in large groups. Super convenient to all the new restaurants and activities at Celebration Point, a Publix right down the street and an easy drive to UF Campus. Note - The listing says 4 full bathrooms, however it is actually 3.5 bathrooms - 2 of the full ones are en suite (1 in the master and 1 attached to one bedroom), the other full one is down the hall with the other 3 bedrooms and the .5 bath is by the Race Car room and rec room. It is certainly manageable, but take note if you have a lot of girls trying to get ready lol. Great communication with the host and super responsive to any requests. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Country charm. Larger home , spacious for a big family. Home is dated with some worn furniture and game tables but charming and a lot to do. Host made sure there was plenty of towels , snacks , extra travel supplies , nice extra touch. Sits on a busy road but the backyard has charm and wildlife to watch. We enjoyed our stay and would book again

Wonderful space for all of us to enjoy

The home was nice and clean, loved the master bathroom with all of the updated features. It was a perfect location our daughter got married at the botanical gardens up the street. We would stay again.

Overall, this home was great for our family. Plenty of space for everyone! Nice large kitchen table where we all had a seat. The host, Kevin, was very helpful. He was able to fulfill our requests for pack-n-play and high chairs and even a Christmas tree!

Wonderful house for a large gathering

We rented this house for my son’s birthday weekend. There was plenty of room for friends and family. The boys enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables, foosball, and basketball. We will definitely stay here again!
