About this property

We are pleased to provide you with the most comfortable and safe stay in Surprise that you will find. Relax in our 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with an open loft area for working or relaxing (the couch turns into a bed that can sleep 2). We provide everything that you will need for an enjoyable stay. You will also have access to a large outdoor community pool and workout room all with the security provided by a security gate only access into the community.

If you are a Kansas City Royals or Texas Rangers fan you will love being less than one mile from Surprise Stadium. Our condo is located 3 miles off of the 303 highway and 1.5 miles from Highway 60. This allows for easy and quick access (depending on our traffic) to anywhere in the Phoenix Metro Area that you desire.

It has been our dream to own a property that we can create into a safe-haven and restful get-away for people. We have 5 kids and our goal is to have one property for each of our children which we will one day pass on to them. Our hope is that by providing high quality living spaces we will teach them about providing for others and creating an experience that is memorable.
