We would like to clarify that we did turn on the air conditioning prior to your arrival. However, the AC units operate on timers, which can sometimes automatically shut them off before check-in. With Maui's tropical temperatures, it can take some time for the condo to cool down again. We also provide information regarding the cooling system in our arrival instructions and are always happy to assist guests with any questions. Regarding the loft, staircase, bathrooms, and overall layout, everything is accurately advertised and represented in our listing photos and description. We encourage guests to review these details before booking to ensure the accommodations meet their needs. We appreciate your comments regarding the lanai and dryer and will have our team inspect both. Neither concern was brought to our attention during your stay, and we always encourage guests to contact us immediately so we can address any issues promptly. This luxuriously remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is a high demand unit and we are so happy to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your time with us here in beautiful Maui. We hope that you enjoyed the ocean front views and got to see the whales and turtles that visit our guests often. The unit is just steps away from the ocean, pool and BBQ area. The stunning Maui sunsets are beautiful from the spacious lanai area and we hope that you were able to capture a few during your stay. The resort has amazing amenities like the new shuffleboard courts and is also conveniently located to Whalers Village, Kaanapali Beach and great dining and shopping.
