We have just returned from 10 fantastic days at this property. Communication both pre and during the stay was brilliant. We were met on arrival and immediately felt at ease with everything clearly explained and warmly greated with a welcome gift. Everything at the property was amazing with fantastic facilities. The home was clean and brilliant for our needs as a family of 7 people. The property is located so close to the fantastic beaches and the local area has a number of amazing places to eat. This is a fantastic property in a great location with amazing hosts. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

Family holiday and 70th birthday celebration

We traveled as a family group 6 adults and 2 children we were welcomed by David, great location so near the beach local seafood was excellent, we had a problem with a leak on the spa, contacted the host who came and repaired it, excellent service.

The hosts were excellent and we had no problems during our stay. It’s a lovely house - there were 5 of us (3 generations) and there was plenty of space. However, we had originally booked for 8 but our son and his family were unable to make the trip. Although technically there were enough beds for 8 people I do think it would have been tricky if there had been 8 of us - primarily because of the location of the 2 bathrooms. The location of the property is excellent - very close to an enormous sandy beach and a nice walk from local restaurants. Car parking at the property was good and the large indoor pool/jacuzzi was an excellent feature. The house was well equipped - but I was very surprised that towels were not provided. I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. We stayed a week and would happily recommend it.

Really enjoyable week in St Germain sur Ay!

Everything about our stay was lovely! David, the property manager, was kind and helpful when we arrived. The house was exactly as listed and very comfortable. Having the lovely beach so close was wonderful! The area around the villa is charming and there is plenty to see and do. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather - it was sunny all week, although there is a breeze to contend with! I can highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a break in Normandy.

Lovely property close to the sea in Normandy

Excellent place for a week with the family. Facilities good. We all loved the jacuzzi. Off road parking and really convenient location for visits to the Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel, Granville etc Lovely beach and dune walks locally and reasonably close to good supermarkets. Next time we'll remember that shops have different closure times to ours. Only downside was steepness of stairs but our senior was glad of the downstairs bedoom
