Welcoming you to enjoy our newly renovated, amazing, one bedroom North Shore condo located directly on a private Lake Michigan beach, complete with a private association deck and heated pool! Our serene unit is located on the 2nd floor (just a 1/2 flight up from the parking lot and only 1 1/2 flights up from the sundeck). It has exquisite views, overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan from every window. A mere few steps out the door of this lake facing unit and you'll find yourself on a private 200 foot deck overlooking stunning Lake Michigan with a heated pool, lounge chairs, dining tables and grills to share. Bring your beach chairs and enjoy the wonderful, pristine, 200 foot of private beach! Choose to relax in the sun, swim in the heated pool or beautiful Lake Michigan, enjoy beach volleyball or take a stroll along the beach to the South Haven lighthouses that have welcomed travelers for more than 100 years.

With South Haven's historic quaint downtown just a short walk or bike ride away, you can enjoy a variety of shops and restaurants along the harbor. Downtown South Haven offers everything including a farmer's market, antiques, clothing, art galleries, stores for your pets, unique souvenirs, wonderful food and more. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or fun filled festivals and events, there is something for everyone in South Haven.

Our one bedroom unit sleeps four and has a queen bed, a queen pull out sofa and an ottoman that pulls out to a memory foam twin bed. The kitchen is complete with everything you need for either a quiet dinner or for entertaining. Convenient laundry (using app) is located within the building, on the lower level.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take the trash to the disposal bin outside the property, in the trash bins, at the end of the parking lot. All trash must fit inside bins as nothing on the ground will be picked up.
Please strip the beds of all linens and sheets and gather all used towels. Place them in the laundry basket, in the closet. This way, housekeeping knows what was used and what needs to be cleaned.
- Assure kitchen appliances like the coffee machine, toaster, etc., are turned off. - Check that the refrigerator and freezer have been cleared of all food. - Check that all windows are closed.

Perfect Location!

Our family had a great week in this condo! The ability to do both beach and pool with the littles was ideal. Newer Webber grills were perfect to be able to grill on most every night. The views were amazing within the rooms and hearing the waves at night was spectacular. Will definitely rent again in the future!

Another South Haven vacay

I love this condo....wonderful proximity to lake, pool. Met some fun neighbors.We did have very noisy people upstairs who stomped their way through the evenings and slammed doors...out next door neighbor could hear them too. If only people would be considerate!

Perfect place to watch the sunsets!

Love how people came to the balcony to watch the sunset. The views were amazing. We loved the convenience of the pool and beach being right there. Will definitely return to these condos.

The condo was great. I can tell the owner was thoughtful of her guests who stay there. The view of the lake was amazing. It was so relaxing with the windows open and hearing the waves. Having the pool and private beach was the best. The first two days we were there was super hot and the air conditioner struggled a bit. Thankfully the weather cooled a bit. I had reached out to the owner and she was very responsive. I think it was just hot and that beautiful evening sun shines in. Only negative which is beyond the owners control is hearing the people above us. It was a great week !

Gorgeous sunsets, right on the beach!

We loved our stay, as advertised, very clean, lake out your window and breathtaking sunsets. Location is our favorite in South Haven and have been coming to the condos for years. Beach is right outside your door, great patio for lounging/dining, and pool - all within walking distance to the coffee shop, north beach concession and all the shopping and restaurants in downtown South Haven. Owner was great to communicate with and very kind. Condo was comfy and had everything we needed, just can’t say enough about this little piece of heaven! Love Lake MI!

Love South Haven

Perfect location, very nice facility. Condominium was great for two people, cozy living area, great kitchen equipped sufficiently. Despite a lot of cleaning supplies the bathroom was in very bad condition. The shower curtain was dirty and discolored from soap residue, same bath mat (I had to buy new one) soap holders covered with old soup residue and black mold in bathtub corners. Anyway we had a great time in beautiful South Haven

A great winter getaway

We stayed an entire month - from early January to early February, and had a great time. The condo looks right out over the water. It is about 20 yards from the door of the condo to the water's edge. The location within South Haven is also perfect - an easy walk to the heart of downtown. The condo itself is wonderful, with a particularly well organized kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped. Overall, we wanted a month away - and we got everything we wanted and more. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

Lovely condo for a wonderful family visit.

We had a wonderful weeks stay. The condo is clean and well-kept, with neat layout. Very fun beach vibe. All kitchen utensils we would need were available. Anything we needed was promptly provided! Local on-site support was phenomenal. Tobacco smoke smell in bathroom, probably from previous renter, faded during stay. Great location, private beach. Facilities very well maintained. Lots of fun things to do and places to visit nearby. Would absolutely visit again! Recommend to families and couples wanting to get away.

This was the most perfect condo and the location was even better! As for the condo itself, it was super clean, the bed was SO comfortable, and there was a place to put everything!! The was to Bundes coffee shop and bakery was amazing and one of my highlights. The pool was awesome, just know you can’t take floaties in the pool; otherwise it was super nice. And the beach was so beautiful, clean, and clear. Tons of room on the beach so it doesn’t get too crowded which is really nice. Just an overall beautiful spot. Communication was also very great. We didn’t have any issues whatsoever so nothing to say on that. Thanks so much for a great experience, we will absolutely be back!!!

Beautiful View and Location

The condo was quaint and is located four stairs up to the beach. Beautiful sunsets!!! The condo owns cozy. I love to cook and was a bit disappointed in the lack of bakeware and the inside of the oven was the only thing that was very unclean. Overall, I would recommend the place. Maybe the cleansing crew should be aware to look the condo over a bit more carefully. Also, we were not left one dishwasher tablet and didn’t know until the night before we were to leave and had to do all the dishes by hand.

Wonderful stay!

Loved this condo so much!! We had everything we needed in this condo for our family of 4 stay! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, plenty of drawer space, plenty of storage space too! We loved opening all the windows and listening to the waves of the lake especially at night while we slept! The little window in the bathroom was a lovely feature. Listening to the seagulls and the waves while you showered after a nice long day enjoying the beach and pool. We also loved the view from the condo. It honestly felt like i was waking up every morning on a house boat. The water was all you could see when you sat up in bed. AMAZING!! Not to mention being steps away from a heated pool and beach. Our teenager and toddler loved it so much. We were honestly sad to leave but will be back!!!

A wonderful time

We spent the month of January here - the second time in 2 years we have spent January in South Haven at one of Christine's properties. The condo is beautiful. It has a great view of the lake, and to get to the lake you walk out the door of the condo, down a floor and a half, out across the patio, and then you are walking on the sand of the beach. The condo itself is great. It has a particularly nice kitchen and seems to have been thoroughly remodeled recently. Great closets, lots of drawers, lots of hangers in the closets. IT's a very convenient walk to downtown, to either north or south beach, and of course Packard Park is right next door. Christine is a wonderful host. We cannot say enough about what a wonderful stay we had. You should try South Haven in the off season yourself. In winter the town is especially magical with an outdoor skating rink right downtown. But don't go in January. Go some other time; we want dibs on January.
