Ocean Minded is just what you'll be in this quaint little condo. Just a short stroll from the beach located in the SeaMist Condos. This 2nd floor unit is perfect for a couple or a small family and has a private balcony for enjoying the sunrise with your morning coffee. So, grab those flip flops and swimsuits and let's get "Ocean Minded!": The community pool is a good size and has lounge chairs for your comfort while watching the kids swim or just soaking up the sun. There is a king sized bed and 2 twin sized roll away beds stored in the bedroom closet for your use anywhere in the condo. (not pictured) There is a 'pocket door' seperating the bedroom from the living room for privacy.

There is also BBQ grills and picnic tables for grilling out the fresh catch of the day or good ole hot dogs and hamburgers. Ths conod is located in the golf cart approved driving area.

Seamist Condominiums is a small complex and is in a great location for the beach and downtown Port Aransas and is still in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town. A nearby wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the Beach. 1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers. Non Smoking complex. Sleeps up to 4. (including children)

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.


Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
