Welcome to Nana’s Place in Asheville!

The weather keeps getting better!! This is a very comfortable 2 BR/2 BA with expansive wrap around deck to take in city and endless mountain views. We are 5 minutes to downtown Asheville, & Biltmore Estate/Village. We are situated on Beaucatcher Mtn in the city. You have woods, wildlife, mountains and the city outside your door. Take advantage of everything Asheville has to offer while enjoying our comfortable home in the Kenilworth neighborhood!
Please note the host of this property keeps a residence in walk out basement. We do NOT share any of your space.

The house was great and in a great location that was very easy to get to even with a detour for construction. Very quiet neighborhood and the host was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay again!

The place was so cozy. Great view of the smokies. What was perfect is that is was 5 minutes from everything. We went to the Biltmore one full day and the next all over downtown. The house was all decorated for Christmas. It could not have been more perfect!!!

Our party of four could not have been more pleased with our stay at Nana’s Place! Clean, charming, well appointed, comfortable - our lodging checked all the boxes. The location is convenient to shopping and less than 1.5 miles from the Biltmore Estate. Our hosts Andrew and Marie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Our only regret is that our stay was not longer.

We loved the convenient location and spent a lot of time on the open air deck. Very well stocked with everything we needed and the linens and bed were very comfortable! Perfect for 4 people to relax, get some work done, and have easy access to downtown Asheville, River Arts and Biltmore too. Friendly and accommodating host; we'll definitely be back!

We so enjoyed staying at Nana's Place! The porch area was a perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The whole place was very clean. All the furniture was very nice and comfortable. I will be suggesting it highly to family and friends.

Friend’s wedding weekend!

We had the best time staying here. We were in town for a friend’s wedding and this location was close to downtown and it was super easy to get Ubers/Lyfts for cheap prices. The place was super clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area!

The house was nice, but the porches were amazing with amazing views. We seen a mama bear and her five cubs walking in the backyard and then took off to the woods. It was a nice little getaway.

My name is Marie, but many call me Nana. This has been my home for quite some time. My son and daughter in law (Andrew & Sue) purchased the home in 2018. I moved from Florida after my children were grown and settled. We have been involved in short-term rentals for about 5 years. Hosting out of town guests is a joy and I have found it very rewarding. I live in the walk-out basement and will be as available as you need me to be. I am confident you will enjoy your stay. Thank you for booking with us.

We are uniquely located in the middle of Asheville. We are close to all attractions but retain a mountain/neighborhood vibe. We have mountain, woods,and town views. We have wildlife on our mountain (Turkey and Bear).
